This app reminds me every day there’s a huge knowledge gap between passengers and airlines. I just read a thread about a maintenance delay experience: 1M+ impressions, hundreds of reposts, and countless people chiming in with factually inaccurate info. We need to fix this.

Yikes. I just watched a GA refuse to roll standbys over to the next flight after they didn’t get cleared. The proposed solution? Cancel your listing & rebook yourself. Here’s the problem: re-checking in is impossible because the original departure time is in less than 60min.
