السبب حسب ما سمعت ان حد سرق وصفة لنوع جبنة من مصنع من بتوع الأجانب اللي كانوا في مصر أيام الحرب العالمية.. و حاول يقلدها.. فطلعت الجبنة دي.. أظنهم كانوا بيحاولوا يقلدوا الجبنة البارميزان يمكن.. فمع التجويد طلع معاهم نوع جديد تماما مش موجود غير في مصر.. بالمناسبة مش دي بس.. من الحاجات الغريبة اللي اكتشفتها برضه.. ان اسطنبول.. مافيهاش جبنة اسطمبولي ولا يعرفوها ولا فيه حاجة شبهها :D .. و ماشفتهاش برضه غير في مصر.. ما اعرفش دي بقى أصلها ايه ولا ليه اتسمت اسطمبولي..
