I am writing to formally complain about my inability to access funds in my @MoMo_PSB account.
On 12th February 2026, I received money into my account. However, since then, I have been unable to withdraw or carry out any transaction because my account have been deactivated.

@MoMo_PSB @MTNNG do the needful, lastly Momo has been deactivating people’s accounts and the customer care service is too poor, no response to client complaints.

@MoMo_PSB A transfer was sent from Opay to my MoMo account today (Feb 17 at 6:57 AM), but I have not received it. Opay confirmed the transaction was successful and advised me to contact MoMo PSB.
This delay is very concerning as it has been many hours .I’m so pissed right now!
