The MMOT had an impactful stop at BART Charter Public School in Adams, MA, where every grade from 6 through 12 took part in our workshops. Students explored empathy, the value of speaking up for others, and how the lessons of history connect to the challenges of today.

Today, on International Holocaust Remembrance Day, which marks the anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. We remember the 6 million Jews murdered in the Holocaust. We teach the Holocaust through Anne Frank’s story, showing what life looked like under Nazi persecution.

Recently, the New York MMOT parked at a conference co-hosted by Siena University and Educate to Empower, bringing together about 250 students and 30 educators. #VotingRightsAct #VotingRights #CivilRights #CivilRightsMovement
