@lambertwm It looks like the filterpaper wasn’t good in place and the water got on the side. You can try folding the bottom and side where they come together and wet the paper before putting the coffee in. There are many tutorials on the internet too to help 😊

@JanAhrend @GameOverRob @moccamasterusa @Nichecoffee1 It looks like it has a shiny finish, is that right? Than it is the off white. Always hard to tell from a photo, but the Matt white has a really Matt and paper white finish. Hope this helps!

@kaihendry No we don’t recommend putting it in the dishwasher. It’s all in the manual as well ;-)

@kaihendry It’s so you can move the wateroutlet and to reduce the condensation in the waterreservoir. The filter basked is made steady with the 2 small clips so the dripstop functions. The AO is works differently for the KBGT which you can read more of on the product page.
