But stay with them and in a couple years you too will be back here reminding others that this is NOT a 1-time thing. Hey @Newtek_Tech, my email and domain's been down for 12 hours, and newtekwebhosting.com is unreachable. What's going on, and what's the ETA on service restoration?

@nisahnet @tjestus @Newtek_Tech @Newtek_One just called, new prompt says they expect to be done by 1am (in about 7 minutes). Currently I have one site now responding, but can't connect to the DB. Others not responding yet. This is going to be an exciting 7 minutes. I will check back in 15.

@Newtek_Tech and @Newtek_One we need an update on your planned maintenance server shutdown. It’s 2hrs past when you said you would be done. Not answering your phone isn’t helping.
