$MSFT is down today due to local pressure amid data center construction. All this will do is delay the timeline of that. Doesn’t change the inevitable. $MSFT to $600.

@ModernDayInves It will prolly be more like 500k when we sell the house we are in now. Looking to buy like a 750-900k home in a great family community with great public schools

Are you prepared for the S&P 500 to hit $8,000 by the end of the year? Can’t believe some people are still sitting in cash.

@ModernDayInves We got 365k that’s earmarked for a house down payment but if the market presents an opportunity there will be cash there to buy at a steep discount. I’ll just out less on the next house

The economy isn’t that bad when you own assets. It’s only the people that don’t own anything that complain.

If you bought $SOFI 5 years ago, you would have a loss of 22.5%. Why do you think it's a good opportunity now?

@ModernDayInves Might see a dip again before end of year but I think regardless we end at 8,000.

Went to the bar last night As soon as I walk in, a girl calls me over to ask if I want to see a magic trick She was pretty cute and easy to talk to She messed up the trick We chatted for a bit and things were going well Her friend chirped me bc I can’t sit still and have adhd I told her I’m Italian I can’t help it Later they both whispered and pointed at someone and all I heard was “6 foot” I made a joke saying “all you girls are the same” Then later they said they were leaving because they were bored They then danced with a random guy She was 31 What should I have done differently?

The funniest conversations I have is about owning a home. “Why don’t you move to this 3,000 person town in Oklahoma?” As much as I’d love to be the sheriff for a moonshine town in the back country, that’s not realistic. My generation shouldn’t have to do that either. Not a great argument.

@ModernDayInves No one tells us after college we have to spend 1000s of dollars to hangout with our friends

One of the biggest reasons I want to be wealthy, is so that I can see all of my friends. States separate us, but soon I’ll make it a reality.

@dissectmarkets Bingo. Vacation is just a team from the normal grind. But making day to day life better, vacation isn’t as needed

@ModernDayInves I'm with you 100% Traveling a lot is nice but it can also get tiring and being at home just feels nice. As long as you make home nice, life in general gets way better.
