⚡ Visual upgrade for the Grappler and Harpoon! The energy beam connecting your ship to the target has been completely reworked. Instead of looking perfectly rigid, the beam now vibrates and becomes unstable under heavy tension, creating the feeling that it's struggling to hold everything together. The more force applied to the connection, the more alive and dynamic the beam feels. It's a subtle detail, but it adds a huge amount of weight, tension, and realism whenever you're pulling ships, debris, or other objects through space. 🚀✨ #gamedev #indiedev #indiegame

Planets are no longer just scenery—they now have gravity and dense atmospheres. To escape a planet, you'll need to build up enough speed to break free of its gravity. But be careful: entering or leaving the atmosphere too aggressively can cause your ship to overheat, so you'll need to balance speed with heat management. #gamedev #indiedev #indiegame

🌌 Space feels more alive than ever! I've added new planet variants, improved planetary atmospheres, and made meteor fields much more diverse. Every region now has its own visual identity, making exploration feel fresh and unpredictable. Flying through a planet's atmosphere is now part of the experience. Enter too fast or leave too aggressively, and your ship can begin to overheat. Managing your speed during atmospheric entry and exit has become just as important as surviving combat. 🚀 Multiplayer development is moving forward! Today's biggest milestone is real-time ship synchronization. You can now see your opponent's ship updating live during the build phase. As they attach weapons, engines, armor, reactors, or other modules, every change is synchronized instantly. This lets you watch their design evolve in real time and adapt your own strategy before the battle even begins. I've also added a scoreboard to keep track of the match. To return to the build phase, one player must surrender, ending the current round and allowing both players to redesign their ships for the next battle. ✨ New shaders have arrived! I've been giving several effects a complete visual overhaul. The energy shields now look far more dynamic and realistic, with a much stronger sci-fi feel. The Flamethrower has also received major shader improvements, making the fire look hotter, more intense, and much more satisfying in combat. 🚀 I wrote a brand-new shader for the rockets! They now look much more realistic, with brighter flames, smoother trails, and a much stronger sense of speed and impact. It's a relatively small visual upgrade, but it makes every rocket launch feel far more satisfying and brings the combat to life. 🚀 Boost Mode has been added! You can now hold Shift to activate your ship's boost, giving you a significant burst of speed whenever you need it. The extra speed comes at a cost—it consumes considerably more energy, so you'll need to manage your power wisely.
