Left is this day last year. Right is today hating how I look still, haha. Even though I’d already lost weight by then I’m glad I’ve lost more and aside from pregnancy hope to keep moving toward my goals. So much to do. 💪🏼

Stated CLEARLY in the abstract Authors distinguished between 'mild physical punishment' (i.e. spanking) and 'harsh physical punishment' (i.e. punch, kick). No effects of spanking when genetic controls accounted for, but there was an effect of abuse. Not. The. Same. Result. /end
