@AhmadRehanKhan She can’t practice medicine as a physician. She has bills to pay and the only way she can do so is to gaslight, create fear and division. May be the best way to stop her is to ignore. I feel bad for her.

I really feel for Mary. Must be exhausting going through ~6,800 residency programs, stalking their websites and social media, zooming into intern photos, and playing “spot the nationality” just to build a narrative. That’s not research, that’s selective outrage with WiFi. And calling it “IMGs stealing spots”? That’s not data, that’s fiction dressed up as analysis.

All but one of the residents who matched in this Louisiana Internal Medicine program went to medical school in another country. 4 from Pakistan 3 from India 3 from Nepal

@SeeFisch The rest, I found out via social media. I understand that you don’t write LOR expecting to hear back from each candidate, but it would be nice for them to at least extend the courtesy of saying, “Hey, I matched.” I can attest that receiving a LOR from you is truly an honor.

@SeeFisch I have reviewed dozens of personal statements and CVs, conducted mock interviews for 10–15 applicants, provided written recommendations and also scheduled Zoom meetings for real-time feedback. Yet, only 4 people reached out on Match Day. So, I understand what you are saying.

We utilized 4D flow CMR to better understand and characterize the hemodynamics and anatomy of a patient with complex CHD with Fontan. The entire LV has become a sink. Here is where 4D flow imaging becomes very hand when conventional 2D CMR flows and volumes are not just enough.
Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance@SCMRorg

The VSD is L-R during systole and R-L during diastole by 4D flow. LV has become a sink, siphoning blood from the systemic RV during systole decreasing cardiac output. Read the entire case here. #whyCMR #SCMRCases buff.ly/4f43QSZ

@txsportsdoc @DrMarthaGulati There is no were it says without passing USMLE. Please share your sources. If a physician already did home residency training and passed USMLE exams why do you want them to repeat the same training?

Mass General going to allow full practice authority to NPs, but not PAs. Tell me who has the stronger lobbying group. None should practice apart from a supporting physician. Does everyone see what’s happening? We r going to let midlevels practice without oversight and we heard this week consideration to allowing FMGs to get licensed and practice. We limited residency spots, created an artificial physician shortage so we can usher in the practice of medicine by NPs(who say they don’t practice medicine) and FMGs without passing any US residency,USMLE. Insured to be we wanted the best and brightest caring for us,apparently not anymore.

@txsportsdoc Please don’t spread misinformation. Kindly correct your FMGs info. They have to pass USMLE and still practice under supervision in primary care setting.

I just received my NOA for my first R01. A day I thought would never come. I took a non-traditional path to research. I study pregnant people. THANK YOU to those who believed in this work and helped make this happen. Let’s go improve women’s health. #cardioobstetrics
