Trying to decide on how much "Fatty" is going to be part of my X and coaching identity moving forward. "Fatty No Natty Coaching" has some obvious downsides.. but its funny and light (no pun intended) which is why I picked it to begin with. What do you think?

@87Kanaloa It's Opzelura just in case I don't get around to making the post quickly. I've got some other things I'm planning to include so hopefully you see it when I do post it.

Saw a young guy at the gym today- has vitiligo like I do. If you're unfamiliar it's lack of pigment, just like albino, but limited to certain areas. This is why I look like I always have a sunglass tan- it's around my eyes, hands, feet, legs.. But for black people its a lot more dramatic. And for a black kid, I'm sure it effects him a lot more than it effects me. Sparked up a convo, mentioned I have it too, let him know about a new medication that's out for it. He was well aware, but it turned into a good convo. He talked about how its hard, other kids would give him crap about it. I basically said yeah it's odd- but truth is you just gotta own it. Confidence is key. People go put all sorts of designs on their skin on purpose. It doesn't look bad, it's just unique. It turned into talking about lifting, confidence, style.. Nicest kid, kept calling me Mr. Brian. Asked if he had a lifting routine. Basically just random stuff. Told him I'd build him a split, give him some basic instruction. I want to get this kid mogging- if he walks into a room jacked and head held high, nobody would ever look at him with any sort of negative judgement. Working on something for him now.

I’ve been on low dose tren for over a month now (currently 90mg/week) and here are the pros and cons, open and honestly: Pros: • Insane nutrient partitioning - continue getting leaner and more full no matter what I eat • Roadmap vascularity (attached image) • Neural drive that allows me to randomly hit PRs in a calorie deficit • Stress resilience of a spartan - nothing truly phases me. I have an iron spine in negotiations; genuinely doubled my income in the last month because of this • Increased insulin sensitivity - carbs get shuttled at actual lightning speed • My face started becoming more masculine and less twinkish, even in my late 20s • I speak with stronger inflection and confidence; I say exactly what I mean Cons: • Have yet to get above 80% recovery - always have nighttime wake up events no matter what I take • I anger very easily, especially in traffic. If I knock something off the table I exclaim audibly. I have zero patience • I have to take ~100 medications a day to maintain my cognition and physiological health. This is non-negotiable • I’m always a little on edge, never quite relaxed • Sometimes I go hypoglycemic in my sleep multiple times; my body never has enough glucose • Normies whine and fearmonger me at every turn because of my compound selection • My ego has grown and I drag out debates way too far • My cardio is tanked and I get winded twice as fast This list could be a lot longer, but this should give you a picture of what the reality of this pharmaceutical looks like if the user deploying it has actual self awareness Low dose tren mogs.

Life-long fatty here. I would not shy away from your services because of the name, but enough of us would to warrant reconsideration. Your roster will be full regardless, so it's more a matter of how many lifestyle clients you want to move from zero to 1, vs those who you want to take from 10 to 100.

If you want to do something serious with it, I’d change it. If it’s more a hobby or small thing, you probably don’t need to change it. I’d gravitate toward the former myself, because it can always grow into something bigger than you expect and might be harder to change things then.

This might be the biggest addition we had in a while, no big new program or intensity technique, just a safeguard against data loss Plans now save every 2 seconds while you edit them, phone freezes while editing? No problem, your plan sits there waiting for you. Thanks @FattyNoNatty and… sorry your plan was lost 😅

@FattyNoNatty Nah, it obviously plays well here on fit x where everyone talks about fatties like they get paid to do it, but honestly imo its exhausting, like physique has anything to do with quality of character, your post on that boy is that quality of character bro, just my 2 cents

It could- but also might be trying to hold onto something that doesn't need to be held onto anymore I also would like to tell my friends and family my business name and not have to censor the name of the business based on who I'm talking to- and I'm sure my clients would like to be able to say who they're working with too. I also am open to people who want to be all natural. It's all based on what the client wants. Hopefully people will recognize the tools are available should they want to utilize, that would be hard to overlook if you're familiar with my account in any way

@mihai_vie it's certainly memorable- but I wonder how people would feel telling others they hired Fatty to be their coach. Good points
