I went to the boxing gym this morning for the first time in a while. There are several pro kickboxers and MMA guys who train there. A few of them who I regularly work with came up to me wanting to talk about the big fight in Giza, all of them had similar sentiments... “Mike, I don’t get how people are saying Rico was way up late in the fight. What fight were they watching? All the hard shots were landed by Usyk. Rico crowded his work, it was all arm punches. He was done in the 11th. They should’ve let it go to the 12th, but Rico was gonna get slept or lose clear on the cards “.

The boxing world going at Usyk 🤦🏻 The ref stopped it not him. No marks on Usyk, rico spits the gum shield out for time (clever) but he was hurt and done and would have got ironed out in round 12. Rico didn't and wouldn't have won! Run it back Usyk stops him.

Kapoor is a Sikh who flaunts his right to carry the weapon that Henry was killed with. Kapoor is an illegal migrant who uses the derogatory term "gora" to refer to whites and mocks them for being replaced. Kapoor hates Henry and is exploiting his death for engagement.

En el islam, los perros están etiquetados como haram y "inmundos". Así es como se les enseña a los niños en Pakistán a tratarlos. Pero si te atreves a hablar, eres “islamófobo”…

@AntSpeaks It's irrelevant. I don't care what culture or faith you have... in the uk a Christian Country carrying a weapon is against the law so no Sikh should be allowed to carry a weapon. If they don't like that or it's against their faith then leave. Abide by our law!

The Sikh community in Britain is, overwhelmingly, made up of some of the hardest working and genuinely decent people in the country. British Sikhs have contributed immensely to Britain, its economy, and its society over generations, while also sharing deep historical ties with this country. Some people will hate hearing that, but it’s true. Now, some will immediately point the finger and say, “Well the same can be said about British Muslims.” I’ve no doubt there are good Muslims out there. However, there is a very important difference. The murder of Henry Nowak was carried out by a Sikh, but it is clearly not part of a broader ideological pattern. This is not an ideology calling for the eradication of entire groups of people. This is not an ideology linked to repeated terror attacks across multiple countries. And most importantly, this is not a community culture that bends over backwards to shield its own extremists from scrutiny. In fact, Sikhs know full well the dangers of Islamist extremism through their own history. What you see instead is condemnation. Open condemnation. Not excuses. Not deflection. Not cries of “racism” to shut down criticism. If you ran opinion polls tomorrow, you would not suddenly find huge numbers of Sikhs saying they wouldn’t report a friend, neighbour, or family member suspected of supporting terrorism. Nor is there even some large scale Sikh extremist movement for them to align themselves with in the first place. And yes, I still believe the way Henry was treated by the authorities had a lot to do with race. It is often far easier for institutions to point the finger at a white person and weaponise accusations of racism than to confront uncomfortable realities consistently. But that is a separate point from the one being made here. I welcome this statement from the Sikh community and their clear condemnation of this horrendous murder.

@benonwine This means nothing to me. His parents helped him! These people need to realise they're in a Christian Country and carrying weapons is against the law. If Sikhs don't like it then it's simple.. LEAVE.

Pep - what can I say? Where do I start? ✍️🩵 It’s difficult to truly describe the impact Pep has had - not only on Manchester City as a football club, but on everything around it as well. The trophies and achievements speak for themselves. But what made him special was always much bigger than winning. For me personally, he was never just a manager. He was a mentor, a leader and also a friend. From the very first day we worked together, he challenged me to see football differently. Every detail mattered. Every meter on the pitch had a purpose. There were moments when his intensity pushed all of us to our limits mentally and physically - but looking back, that obsession with perfection is exactly what made his teams so extraordinary. What many people don’t see from the outside is the human side of Pep. Beyond football, he is incredibly humble, thoughtful and someone who genuinely cares about the people around him. Over the years, I was lucky enough to experience that side of him very closely. He made me a better player, but also a better person. When I look back on my career one day, my time working with Pep will always be one of the defining chapters of my journey. ManCity without Pep will never be the same again. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me, my family, the football club, the community and Manchester as a whole. 🩵 Looking forward to seeing you at the game on Sunday! @PepTeam 🙏
