في الوقت الذي نحتاج إلى وحدة النسيج المجتمعي الوطني، نشهد استمرار الاعتداءات المرفوضة والمستنكَرة على أبناء شعبنا في إقليم كردستان ومؤسَّساته، والتي تقوم بها جماعات خارجة عن القانون، وهذه المجاميع المنفلتة نفسها تتجاوز على هيبة الدولة من خلال استهدافها البعثات الدبلوماسية في بغداد وقنصليَّة الأشقَّاء الإماراتيين في أربيل، وآخرها التعدِّي على قنصليَّة الأشقَّاء الكويتيين في البصرة بحججٍ واهيةٍ ورواياتٍ لا صحَّةَ لها، لإيهام الشعب العراقي. وهذه الأفعال ستؤدِّي إلى إضعاف موقف الدولة العراقية وعلاقاتها مع الأشقَّاء العرب، ولا سيَّما أنَّها استمرارٌ للعبث بمقدّرات البلد وأمنه وعلاقاته، من خلال استخدامهم الأراضي العراقية لشنِّ اعتداءات مرفوضة على دول الجوار العربي. ندعو القوى السياسية إلى تغليب مصلحة البلاد العليا، واتخاذ موقفٍ فاعلٍ لدعم الحكومة ومؤسَّساتها الأمنية؛ لإيقاف تجاوزات هذه المجاميع، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية الصارمة ضدهم، ممَّا يفسح المجال للعراق لممارسة دوره الدبلوماسي دولياً وإقليمياً في جهود التهدئة وتخفيض التوتّر الذي تشهده المنطقة بأسرها.
