I'll be honest. I was scared of Ramadan this year. Not spiritually. Operationally. Clients waiting. Deadlines stacked. A fresh agency deal on the table. And Ramadan just started. No coffee. No food. No safety net. Day 2. - Channel strategy. - 5 thumbnails. - Full A/B/C packaging. That's a 4-day workload on a good week. I sat down anyway. And something was different. The background noise was gone No "what should I eat" loop, No caffeine negotiation, No decision fatigue bleeding into my focus. Just the work. I finished everything that day. 4-day work finished in 1 day Turns out every small food decision quietly taxes the same cognitive budget you need for deep work. Fasting eliminated the tax completely. 30 days. Most productive month of my life. Not despite fasting. Because of it.

Day 16 of rebuilding my personal brand. I'm back. the best thin I did to myself is took some days off. it refreshed my energy a ton. Today Jumped straight into a sample for a client, still I didn't got any feedback on it. for my actual client, I started today on sound design, I've been waiting for this phase for long time, and since we need to deliver two episodes by the end of this month, I need to them done before that. It is my second time delivering something that is going to be aired on cinemas, I hope this time goes well in the render phase. Because last time it wasn't. For my Personal brand, I need to write some scripts to shoot them for my next videos. Do you have anything you want me to talk about or share in the next upload?
