they are classifying your father's spine stabilization as a routine age-related degenerative issue ("spondylosis") to avoid paying out for an expensive procedure. You must aggressively force them to look at the oncological reality. @policybazaar @abhealthin

Now for spine stabilization surgery my father is referred to Apollo Hospital Lucknow under dr. Apoorva Agrawal Aditya Birla is rejecting my cashless claim saying it is not covered. According to the policy undergoing treatment surgery is covered. Here are the details
