The dictatorships in Tehran and Beijing share an overarching goal of undermining the United States and exporting their authoritarian models. Defeating the Iranian theocracy isn't just about disarming the mullahs - it is critical to disrupting this dangerous alliance.

The @WSJ reports Saudi Arabia pressing US to drop its Hormuz blockade. Here's an idea: a Saudi initiative calling for both the Strait of Hormuz & the Bab el-Mandeb to be open to all. Saudis could also propose a toll-sharing formula that would benefit all locals including iran.

🇮🇷 Breaking: Iranian media confirms two car bombs were detonated simultaneously near a checkpoint on Imam Khomeini Street in west Tehran. No one was harmed in the attack. The area has now been cordoned off by the Basij. Two coordinated car bombs going off at the same time in central Tehran, even with zero casualties, is a bold statement. It shows someone was able to plan and execute this right under the nose of security forces. Whether it’s opposition groups, sabotage, or something else, it’s a clear sign that internal security is being tested. Source: @GeoPWatch

Operation Epic Fury has been enormously detrimental to China and Russia's long-term interests and influence in the Middle East. Seeing this policy through to its logical conclusion will make the world a far safer place.

Iran trying to get President Trump to approve nuclear weapons in 20 years is a non-starter and an insult. For 1400 years they have believed that Allah commands them to destroy us. Nuclear weapons should never be in the their hands, not now, not ever.

God’s heart is torn apart by wars, violence, injustice and lies. But our Father’s heart is not with the wicked, the arrogant, or the proud. God’s heart is with the little ones and the humble, and with them He builds up His Kingdom of love and peace day by day. Wherever there is love and service, God is there. #ApostolicJourney #Algeria

Today is Holocaust Remembrance Day in Israel. In 1978, former Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin wrote what he considered were the most important lessons from the Holocaust. These lessons are as important today as they were 45 years ago. First, if the enemy of the Jews says that he has in his heart, in his blood, an ambition to destroy the Jews - do not underestimate him, do not mock him. Do not doubt him. Take his ambition seriously, treat his words with all the severity inherent in them. Deprive him of the power to destroy you. Prepare every day for the day. Never again say: it is not serious. Second, never again ask: what will the world say? Know this: the world will never have mercy for slaughtered Jews but the world will always have respect for fighting Jews. Third, keep a weapon. Study it and sanctify it wherever you dwell. It is the weapon of holiness. A weapon of life, honor, freedom. Never abandon it and never throw it away. We believe in the vision of the end of days, yes, but who knows when it will come? Meanwhile, as long as there is a weapon in the hands of even one enemy of the Jews, a people that has been slaughtered and butchered throughout the generations… keep your weapons. Fourth, the Torah, in order to preserve it, demands that safeguards be placed around it. The same is true for the people of the Torah. The first safeguard is Jewish dignity. The seeds of Jewish destruction lie in passively enabling the enemy to humiliate us. Only when the enemy succeeds in turning the spirit of the Jew into dust and ashes in life, can he turn the Jew into dust and ashes in death. During the Holocaust it was after the enemy had humiliated the Jews, trampled them, divided them, deceived them, afflicted them, drove brother against brother, only then could he lead them to the gates of Auschwitz. Therefore, at all times and whatever the cost, safeguard the dignity and honor of the Jewish people. Fifth, know how to unite in the face of an enemy. In the ghetto, Jews separated and quarreled and betrayed each other and there was no longer a spirit in them to unite and stand up against their destroyers. Not so in a nation. Know how to unite against an enemy and always stand against him as one nation. The few will never again be abandoned for the sake of the so-called salvation of the many, who will not be saved anyhow, but the few will rise and risk themselves for the sake of the many — and even they will be saved. Sixth, the extermination of millions of Jews, was unprecedented in human history but there is a pattern to Jewish history. In our long annals as a nation, we rise, we fall, we return, we are exiled, we are enslaved, we rebel, we liberate ourselves, we are oppressed once more, we rebuild, and again we suffer destruction, climaxing in our own lifetime in the calamity of calamities, the Holocaust, followed by the rebirth of the Jewish State. With the rest of our strength, with the essence of our blood in this generation, we must promise each other, swear an oath of allegiance inwardly, that we will close this cycle forever. No more destruction, no more discrimination. That is the main lesson: the road paved in our day, by warriors and rebels, is not a road to destruction with honor, but a road to honor with victory.

🇮🇱🇱🇧Israel's conditions for Lebanon leaked and they amount to a partition plan... Diplomatic sources told Al-Modon that Israel wants Lebanon divided into three zones: Zone 1: An 8km buffer strip in the south. Permanent. No return for displaced civilians. Zone 2: Everything south of the Litani River becomes a military operations area where Israel dismantles Hezbollah infrastructure and disarms it completely. Israeli forces leave only when they decide they're finished. Zone 3: North of the Litani and all remaining Lebanon. The Lebanese Army must fully disarm and dismantle Hezbollah on its own. Israel won't withdraw from anywhere until Beirut proves it's done. In other words, Israel occupies the south indefinitely, controls the middle until satisfied, and holds the north hostage to conditions Lebanon's army almost certainly cannot meet. Hezbollah has been embedded in Lebanese society for 40 years. Demanding the Lebanese Army dismantle it is like demanding someone perform surgery on themselves. Today Rubio hosts Israeli and Lebanese ambassadors in Washington for the most direct high-level meeting between the two countries since 1993. These conditions are what Israel walks in with. The State Department framing: "Israel is at war with Hezbollah, not Lebanon." The Israeli plan: occupy a third of Lebanon until every last Hezbollah weapon is accounted for. Those two statements cannot coexist. Source: Aljadeed, Axios

🇺🇸🇮🇷 The U.S. has 15+ warships in the Middle East ready to enforce the blockade on Iran. Here's how it works... The USS Abraham Lincoln carrier is operating in the Arabian Sea as a base for aerial boardings. The USS Tripoli has Marines trained specifically for ship interceptions. Guided missile destroyers can launch helicopters, deploy boats, or just sail up alongside commercial vessels and force them to turn around. If a ship resists? Navy SEALs or special operations forces conduct hostile boardings. The U.S. doesn't even need to operate near Iran. They can intercept ships in the Indian Ocean or even the Pacific. Blockades are slow. But the economic pressure starts before a single ship is boarded. Source: WSJ

World leaders must demand Lebanon make peace with Israel. Not a ceasefire, not deescalation: full peace, and joining the Abraham Accords. Stop making excuses for decades of Arab rejectionism. Say the P word!

🇺🇸 Amazon told workers to keep moving packages while a coworker lay dead on the warehouse floor... An employee collapsed at Amazon's Troutdale, Oregon facility on April 6. For over an hour, workers say they were told to keep working while the man's body was still there. One worker with CPR training begged her supervisor to let her help the woman giving chest compressions. "Just turn around and not look. Let's get back to work." Amazon's response the same night: a text telling workers to report as usual the next day. Workers found out about the death through social media. Not from Amazon. "We are just numbers." A $2 trillion company couldn't pause a conveyor belt long enough to let a man die with dignity. Source: The Western Edge

🚨OUCH... AMAZON HIT WITH $2.5 BILLION SETTLEMENT OVER PRIME Amazon will pay $2.5B to settle a 2-year FTC lawsuit accusing it of tricking millions into unwanted Prime subscriptions and then making it nearly impossible to cancel. The deal includes a $1B civil penalty, the largest ever issued by the FTC, plus $1.5B in restitution for about 35M customers who were misled. Some will get as much as $51 each. The FTC said Amazon designed its “Iliad” cancellation system to frustrate users into staying subscribed. As part of the settlement, Amazon must redesign Prime’s interface to make sign ups and cancellations just as easy. Source: CNN, Dallas News, NDTV
