ଆଜି ଖଡ଼ିଛୁଆଁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ କୁନି କୁନି ଭାଇ ଭଉଣୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟିବାର ଏକ ସୁନ୍ଦର ସୁଯୋଗ ମିଳିଲା। ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ଯିବା ପାଇଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମନରେ ଥିବା ଉତ୍ସାହ ଏବଂ ନୂଆ କିଛି ଶିଖିବାର ଆଗ୍ରହ ଦେଖି ମୁଁ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ। ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସହ କଥା ହେବା ବେଳେ ଅନୁଭବ କଲି ଯେ, ଏହି କୁନି କୁନି ଆଖିର ଅଜସ୍ର ସ୍ୱପ୍ନ ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ହିଁ ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ଏକ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଓ ବିକଶିତ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ନିଅଁ ଗଢ଼ିବ। ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କ ମୁହଁରେ ଖୁସି ଦେଖିଲେ ମନରେ ଏକ ଅପୂର୍ବ ଶାନ୍ତି ମିଳେ। ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସରଳ ହସ ଏବଂ ଅକୁଣ୍ଠିତ ମନର କଥା ମୋ ହୃଦୟକୁ ଛୁଇଁଗଲା। ତୁମେମାନେ ପଢ଼, ବଢ଼ ଏବଂ ନିଜ ସ୍ୱପ୍ନକୁ ସାକାର କର ; ମୋର ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ସବୁବେଳେ ତୁମମାନଙ୍କ ସହ ଅଛି। #ଖଡ଼ିଛୁଆଁ #ଓଡ଼ିଆପକ୍ଷ

ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ପ୍ରଥମ ଖେଲୋ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ଜନଜାତି କ୍ରୀଡ଼ା ୨୦୨୬ରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର କ୍ରୀଡ଼ାବିତ୍‌ମାନଙ୍କ ଅସାଧାରଣ ସଫଳତା ସମଗ୍ର ରାଜ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ଗୌରବର ବିଷୟ। ଏହି ଜାତୀୟ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତାରେ ଆମ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଜନଜାତି କ୍ରୀଡ଼ା ପ୍ରତିଭାମାନେ ୫୭ଟି ପଦକ (୨୧ ସ୍ୱର୍ଣ୍ଣ, ୧୫ ରୌପ୍ୟ ଓ ୨୧ କାଂସ୍ୟ) ଜିତି ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ସ୍ଥାନ ଅଧିକାର କରିବା ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ବଢ଼ୁଥିବା କ୍ରୀଡ଼ା ସାମର୍ଥ୍ୟର ପରିଚୟ। ଆମ ଜନଜାତି କ୍ରୀଡ଼ାବିତ୍‌ମାନଙ୍କ ଏହି ଉଲ୍ଲେଖନୀୟ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ; ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନିରନ୍ତର ସାଧନା, ନିଷ୍ଠା ଓ କଠିନ ପରିଶ୍ରମର ପ୍ରତିଫଳନ। ଏହି ସ୍ମରଣୀୟ କୃତିତ୍ୱ ପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ସମସ୍ତ ବିଜୟୀ କ୍ରୀଡ଼ାବିତଙ୍କୁ ଆନ୍ତରିକ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଜଣାଉଛି ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ୱଳ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ କାମନା କରୁଛି।

ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କକରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ବିଶ୍ୱ ପାରା ଆର୍ଚେରୀ ସିରିଜ୍‌ରେ ସ୍ୱର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପଦକ ଜିତି ରାଜ୍ୟ ତଥା ଦେଶ ପାଇଁ ଗୌରବ ଆଣିଥିବା ପ୍ରତିଭାବାନ କ୍ରୀଡ଼ାବିତ ପାୟଲ ନାଗଙ୍କୁ ଅନେକ ଅନେକ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ। ପାୟଲଙ୍କ ଏହି ସଫଳତା ରାଜ୍ୟର ଅଗଣିତ କ୍ରୀଡ଼ାବିତଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏକ ବଡ଼ ପ୍ରେରଣା। ତାଙ୍କର ଏହି ବିଜୟ ଯାତ୍ରା ଅବ୍ୟାହତ ରହୁ ଏବଂ ସେ ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ବିଶ୍ୱ କ୍ରୀଡ଼ା ମାନଚିତ୍ରରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ସୁନାମକୁ ଆହୁରି ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ୱଳ କରନ୍ତୁ। ତାଙ୍କର ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ୱଳ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ଓ ଉତ୍ତରୋତ୍ତର ଉନ୍ନତି କାମନା କରୁଛି।

ଆମ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ସଂସ୍କୃତିର ପବିତ୍ର ପରମ୍ପରା ‘ଖଡ଼ିଛୁଆଁ’ କେବଳ ଶିକ୍ଷାର ଆରମ୍ଭ ନୁହେଁ, ଏହା ଏକ ସୁନ୍ଦର ଭବିଷ୍ୟତର ପ୍ରଥମ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ । ଏହି ଅମୂଲ୍ୟ ଐତିହ୍ୟକୁ ସମ୍ମାନ ଦେଇ, ଆମ ସରକାର ‘ପ୍ରବେଶ ଉତ୍ସବ’ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଶିଶୁଙ୍କ ଶିକ୍ଷାରେ ବିକାଶ ଆଣିବାକୁ ଦୃଢ଼ ସଂକଳ୍ପବଦ୍ଧ । ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ପ୍ରାୟ ୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ପତ୍ର ବଣ୍ଟନ କରି, ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କ ନାମଲେଖାକୁ ଆହୁରି ବ୍ୟାପକ କରିବା ଦିଗରେ ଆମେ ଐତିହାସିକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଇଛୁ । ଆମର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ହେଉଛି ରାଜ୍ୟର କୌଣସି ଶିଶୁ ଯେପରି ଶିକ୍ଷାରୁ ବଞ୍ଚିତ ହେବନାହିଁ ଏବଂ ଶତପ୍ରତିଶତ ନାମଲେଖା ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ ହେବ।

📢 Odisha 🛣️ In Odisha, we have approved ₹447.11 crore for the upgradation of the Kurumpuri–Raj Khariar section, covering a total length of 103.52 km across NH-353 and NH-59 in Nuapada and Balangir districts. NH-353 and NH-59 together form a vital interstate corridor connecting the Raipur–Mahasamund region of Chhattisgarh with Odisha, extending further towards Berhampur and Gopalpur Port. This project will significantly strengthen regional and interstate connectivity, ensuring smoother and more efficient movement of both passenger and freight traffic across Nuapada, Balangir, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, and Ganjam districts. The corridor improvement—through rectification of black spots and provision of paved shoulders—will enhance road safety, particularly for two-wheelers, which constitute a major share of traffic in the region. ଆଜି ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱଠାରେ ରାଜ୍ୟସ୍ତରୀୟ 'ଖଡ଼ିଛୁଆଁ' କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ କୁନି କୁନି ପିଲାଙ୍କ ଗହଣରେ ବିତିଥିବା ପ୍ରତିଟି ମୁହୂର୍ତ୍ତ ମୋ ପାଇଁ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆବେଗପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଥିଲା। ଜଣେ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଭାବେ ମୁଁ ମୋର ଜୀବନର ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭିକ ଦିନଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଠ ପଢ଼ାଇବାର ଯେଉଁ ଆତ୍ମସନ୍ତୋଷ ପାଉଥିଲି, ଆଜି ସେହି ଅନୁଭୂତି ପୁଣି ଥରେ ମୋ ମନରେ ପୁଣି ସତେଜ ହୋଇଉଠିଛି। ସେହି ନିଷ୍ପାପ ହାତଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଧରି ପ୍ରଥମ କରି ଖଡ଼ି ଧରାଇବା ବେଳେ ମୁଁ ଜଣେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନୁହେଁ, ବରଂ ଜଣେ ଗୁରୁ ଓ ଅଭିଭାବକ ଭାବେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱପ୍ନର ନିଅଁ ଗଢ଼ୁଥିବା ଅନୁଭବ କଲି। ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କ ଆଖିରେ ଥିବା ସେହି ଉତ୍କଣ୍ଠା ଓ ସରଳ ହସ ହିଁ ମୋ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରକୃତ ପ୍ରେରଣା। ଏହି ଅବିସ୍ମରଣୀୟ ମୁହୂର୍ତ୍ତଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମୋତେ ପୁନର୍ବାର ସ୍ମରଣ କରାଇ ଦେଇଛି ଯେ ଶିକ୍ଷା ହିଁ ସମାଜର ମୂଳଦୁଆ। ଜଣେ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଭାବେ ଶ୍ରେଣୀଗୃହରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିବା ମୋର ଯାତ୍ରା ଆଜି ଲୋକସେବାର ଏକ ବୃହତ୍ତର ମଙ୍ଗ ଧରିଛି, କିନ୍ତୁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଓ ଶିଶୁମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ମୋର ମମତା ସେମିତି ଅକ୍ଷୁର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଅଛି। ଆମ ସରକାରର 'ଶିଶୁ ବାଟିକା' ଓ 'ଖଡ଼ିଛୁଆଁ' ଭଳି ଅଭିନବ ପ୍ରୟାସ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଶିକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାରେ ଏକ ନୂତନ ବିପ୍ଳବ ଆଣିବ। ମୁଁ ସଂକଳ୍ପବଦ୍ଧ ଯେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ପ୍ରତିଟି ଶିଶୁ ଯେମିତି ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ସଂସ୍କାର ଓ ଗୁଣାତ୍ମକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପାଇ ନିଜର ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ କରିପାରିବେ। ଏହି କୁନି ପିଲାମାନେ ହିଁ ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ଏକ 'ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଓଡ଼ିଶା'ର ନାୟକ ହେବେ। ସମସ୍ତ ପିଲାଙ୍କୁ ମୋର ଅନେକ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ଓ ଶୁଭେଚ୍ଛା।

ସ୍ୱଭାବ କବି ଗଙ୍ଗାଧର ମେହେରଙ୍କ ପୁଣ୍ୟତିଥିରେ ମୋର ଭକ୍ତିପୂତ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଞ୍ଜଳି। ତାଙ୍କର କାଳଜୟୀ ରଚନାବଳୀ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷା ଓ ସଂସ୍କୃତିକୁ ବିଶ୍ୱ ଦରବାରରେ ମହିମାନ୍ୱିତ କରିଛି। ମାତୃଭୂମି ଓ ମାତୃଭାଷା ପ୍ରତି ତାଙ୍କର ଅନନ୍ୟ ମମତା ଏବଂ ସମାଜ ସଂସ୍କାରର ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ଆମ ପାଇଁ ସଦାସର୍ବଦା ପ୍ରେରଣାର ଉତ୍ସ ହୋଇ ରହିବ।

ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ବୀର ସନ୍ତାନ, ଅମର ଶହୀଦ ରଘୁ-ଦିବାକରଙ୍କ ବଳିଦାନ ଦିବସରେ ଭକ୍ତିପୂତ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଞ୍ଜଳି। ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଅତୁଳନୀୟ ତ୍ୟାଗ ଓ ସଂଗ୍ରାମ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଜାତି ପାଇଁ ସଦା ପ୍ରେରଣାର ଉତ୍ସ।

ଓଡ଼ିଆ ପକ୍ଷ ଅବସରରେ ଆସନ୍ତୁ ଆମ ଭାଷା ଓ ଅସ୍ମିତାର ସମ୍ମାନ ପାଇଁ ସଂକଳ୍ପବଦ୍ଧ ହେବା। ରାଜ୍ୟର ପ୍ରତିଟି ସରକାରୀ ଓ ବେସରକାରୀ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନ ତଥା ଦୋକାନ ଆଦିର ନାମଫଳକ ଓଡ଼ିଆରେ ଲେଖି ଏହି ଅଭିଯାନକୁ ଏକ ଜନ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନରେ ପରିଣତ କରିବା।

"ଖଡ଼ିଛୁଆଁରେ ଜ୍ଞାନର ଦୀପ୍ତି, ଅକ୍ଷରେ ଅକ୍ଷରେ ଅସ୍ମିତା, ଶିଶୁ ବାଟିକାର ଶକ୍ତ ମୂଳଦୁଆ,ଗଢ଼ିବ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଓଡ଼ିଶା।" ରାଜ୍ୟବ୍ୟାପୀ 'ଓଡ଼ିଆ ପକ୍ଷ' ପାଳନ ଅବସରରେ ଆଜି ଚତୁର୍ଥ ଦିବସରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ହେଉଛି 'ପ୍ରବେଶ ଉତ୍ସବ' ଓ 'ଖଡ଼ିଛୁଆଁ' ପର୍ବ। ଶିକ୍ଷାର ପବିତ୍ର ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନରେ ପାଦ ଥାପିବାକୁ ଯାଉଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ କୁନି ଭାଇଭଉଣୀଙ୍କୁ ମୋର ଅନେକ ଅନେକ ସ୍ନେହ ଓ ଶୁଭକାମନା। ଆମର ନୂତନ ପିଢ଼ି ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷା ଓ ସଂସ୍କୃତିକୁ ଆଧାର କରି ସଫଳତାର ଶୀର୍ଷ ସ୍ପର୍ଶ କରନ୍ତୁ। ଆସନ୍ତୁ, ଗୁଣାତ୍ମକ ଶିକ୍ଷାଦାନକୁ ପ୍ରାଧାନ୍ୟ ଦେଇ ଏକ ଶିକ୍ଷିତ ଓ ସଶକ୍ତ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଗଠନରେ ସହଭାଗୀ ହେବା।

ଆଜି ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରଠାରେ ନ୍ୟୁଜ୍ ୧୮ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆୟୋଜିତ ‘ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଅସ୍ମିତା ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ’ରେ ଯୋଗଦେଇ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷା, ସଂସ୍କୃତି ଓ ସ୍ୱାଭିମାନ ବିଷୟରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କଲି । ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଅସ୍ମିତା କେବଳ ଦୁଇଟି ଶବ୍ଦ ନୁହେଁ, ବରଂ ଏହା ଆମ ପରମ୍ପରାର ଗୌରବ ଓ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଗଠନର ମୂଳଦୁଆ। ଭାଷା ଭିତ୍ତିରେ ଗଠିତ ଦେଶର ପ୍ରଥମ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଭାବେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଏହି ଅନନ୍ୟ ପରିଚୟକୁ ଆଗାମୀ ପିଢ଼ି ପାଇଁ ଅକ୍ଷୁଣ୍ଣ ରଖିବାକୁ ଆମ ସରକାର ସଂକଳ୍ପବଦ୍ଧ। ସେଥିପାଇଁ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଅସ୍ମିତା କର୍ପସ ପାଣ୍ଠି ଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ସଂସ୍କୃତିର ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ଆମେ ପ୍ରାଥମିକତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରୁଛୁ। ଆଜିର ଏହି ସମ୍ମିଳନୀରେ '୯୦ ବର୍ଷର ଓଡ଼ିଶା'ର ଐତିହ୍ୟକୁ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିବା ସହ ୨୦୩୬ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏକ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ବିକଶିତ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଗଠନ ପାଇଁ ଆମର ଦୂରଦୃଷ୍ଟି ବିଷୟରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କଲି । ୨୦୩୬ ମସିହାରେ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ପ୍ରଦେଶ ଗଠନର ଶତବାର୍ଷିକୀ ପାଳନ ବେଳକୁ ଏକ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଓ ବିକଶିତ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଗଠନ କରିବା ଆମର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ। ଆସନ୍ତୁ, ଆଧୁନିକତା ସହିତ ପାଦ ମିଳାଇ ଚାଲିବା ବେଳେ ଆମେ ନିଜ ମାଟି, ମା’ ଏବଂ ମାତୃଭାଷାର ଗୌରବକୁ ଅକ୍ଷୁଣ୍ଣ ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ମିଳିମିଶି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବା।
