@IRCTCofficial It is seen of Train no 12447 UP Sampark Kranti in 3rd AC B1, I make complaint no 2025090600366, But they provide TTI Sh Ramesh Chandra mobile for help but not help, as he said no RPF staff to help me in the train, No refund made by IRCTC for that journey

@drm_dli @RailwaySeva There is so much rush, no on-duty staff is available, At jhansi station, if you have CCTV then check camera, when I received TT number, he denied on phone to help due to NO RPF, So please refund amount of that PNR, as no service/seat provided by Railway
