@MohindruDev Amul's cold chain runs on zero govt subsidy. 200+ chilling centres, cooperative funds. One farmer can't afford it but 500 together can. Viability isn't the issue, aggregation model is.

I think India's biggest missed manufacturing opportunity isn't semiconductors or EVs. It's food processing. World's largest milk producer. Second in fruits and vegetables. We process roughly 10% of it. The rest rots or gets sold raw. Nobody builds a political career around cold chains. That's the problem.

@jcrajan00 Problem is in general. Exceptions are always there. I think warehousing and cold storage is not viable. Govt support is lacking. Pvt sector will never come where only losses are there.

@MohindruDev But Amul solved this exact problem in dairy. 1.8 crore farmers, 2-3 litres each, village cooperatives. Nobody said holdings were too small. Model exists — just never replicated for fruits and vegetables.

@Ronak_Unadkat New India does not like Gandhi. West has not experienced Gandhi, we have seen. West has become woke recenly and Gandhi was the first woke 75 years before, hence the liking. Gandhi is their Guru.

Gandhi ji’s aura was on a completely different level. Yesterday, I met a couple of Americans who were clients from my old company days. In a conversation, they spoke more about Gandhi ji than any other Indian personality. Can’t afford a 3BHK in Gurgaon anymore even ₹2 crore doesn’t feel enough. 🏙️ House prices are too high, and rents are getting worse every year. Forget DLF, even areas like Manesar are becoming expensive. Tried renting too still very costly. Living in Noida and spending 5–6 hours daily in traffic. 😩 NH8 jams, tolls, long drives, and daily stress are mentally exhausting. @MithunSarkari Bhel total order book around 2.5 lks crs. Yearly sales 34,000 crs. Yearly order book increase 90,000 crs. Execution cycle average 5 years. So bhel to report 50,000 crs sales, Ebidta margin 9% 4500 crs and PAT around 3000 crs. Growth prospects are very high. Stock to go up.
