@MohindruDev @Panks_Arora It’s better to live in low rise than to live in poorly maintained high rise. I know people who have invested in such high rises and struggling daily in their life. Good location and DLF level projects will always have premium in the market

@shgauraav @Panks_Arora On high rise also I can give at least 50 options where 3bhk is there at 2 crs in gurgaon. But people want to buy good location, dlf project, high rise, luxury flats. Bhul zao.

Can’t afford a 3BHK in Gurgaon anymore even ₹2 crore doesn’t feel enough. 🏙️ House prices are too high, and rents are getting worse every year. Forget DLF, even areas like Manesar are becoming expensive. Tried renting too still very costly. Living in Noida and spending 5–6 hours daily in traffic. 😩 NH8 jams, tolls, long drives, and daily stress are mentally exhausting. Feels like Gurgaon is no longer made for middle-class families. 💔 #Gurgaon #RealEstate

@MohindruDev @Panks_Arora Exactly I was about to write same, people want to live in high rises, thinking that’s the only option in the city to live.

@Panks_Arora Lot of low rise flats are available at 2 crs budget on 280 sq yard plot, gated community 3bhk in good locations of gurgaon. What do you want. Not suitable.

We need better connectivity across NCR, business people are always travelling for work and these routes help in productivity and which ultimately leads to the increase in revenue!
Gurmeet Chadha@connectgurmeet

Went from noida to Sonipat to meet some rice mill, auto components owners, had lunch at Murthal and came back .. end to end took 4 hours. (Old days minimum 7 hours) Our roads and expressways are now amongst the best. Economy which moves faster grows faster !!

@SuperDhaasu I was also long on this around April and when the 3-month candle closed above that black line, I added more positions. But I was really worried because silver drawdowns can be just as brutal

@SuperDhaasu I’ve always analyse sectors from 3 months candle then go toward lower time frames 1 month then weekly and have used daily time frames just to check the volatility of a stock if I can hold in the drawdowns or not

I follow over a thousand people on X, yet almost no one is speaking about the larger patterns unfolding. I guess we’re all myopic (including me) about our 'day job' and the daily gyrations keep us locked on the tomorrow or next week. We forget the fuller latticework, but especially on long weekends like these, it's great to see the years ahead. Put in the hours, draw those magical trendlines...and wait. Credit growth thread: March shows growth in all major areas but the best is industrial credit which has grown at 16% for the first time since 2014! Some recovery in personal loan credit too.

On the contrary, we have decided to increase our ad spend & create top of the mind recall for people searching North Indian food. Being debt free has its advantages too. We will take a hit on our margins for this FY but when things improve, we will be way ahead of the competition. This has been proven in COVID times, when outlets who cut ad spending lost their edge. Even if the market stagnates or degrows & we maintain our sales, it will a great victory of us as a brand !🫶🚀

I interviewed all of the best creative strategists in the world. @binghott. @iamshackelford. @DenneyDara. @sourfraser. @MatthewGattozzi. @pkennedy93 @thedennis. @harrydelmege_. @heyitsalexP. (thank you so much guys, you're all the best) If you read this document you will be able to become, train, & hire the best advertiser/creative strategist in the world. I promise you that. Hiring and training creative strategists is one of the most expensive mistakes you can make if you get it wrong. So I asked the best in the world: what separates the ones who actually produce winners from everyone else. I wrote it all up in one doc. I put a lot of time into this and there literally 0 AI, just 14 pages of straight sauce. reply "STRAT" and I'll send it over.

@aaraynsh A segment of such players exist to sell their produce under the name of another brand only to get the premium on the same product A chips factory can sell the same taste and quality at Rs. 10 under ABC brand and for Rs. 20 in lays packaging This is the moat of such setups

Delhi Police busted a fake Sensodyne Toothpaste factory in Khanjawala. They seized 1,800 filled tubes, 10,000 empty ones, 1,200 packed units, 130 kg of low-quality paste, plus machines to produce all of it. Sensodyne is a premium product. People pay more expecting better quality. Now imagine paying that premium… and getting a cheap, low-grade paste instead. Not just a waste of money. You don’t even know what you’re putting in your mouth. And this isn’t the only case. Recently, fake ENO and other branded food items were also caught. At this point, even paying more doesn’t guarantee quality. You just hope what you’re using is real.

My father’s friend is running a restaurant in Ambience mall Vasant Kunj paying 35 lakhs a month on rent He was barely making any profit on that now more brands are coming up in that mall business has become more harder. He also had the restaurant in 32nd avenue which is unfortunately closing down as well! One of the toughest business to survive indeed!

Polymer prices have continued their march upward. PP, PVC, PE, ABS are now up anywhere between 50-70% in Q4FY26 alone. If these levels sustain, margin pressure across many sectors automobiles, auto components, consumer durable, industrial packaging, FMCG, some construction materials, Textiles (for synthetic based fibers) may start showing up from Q1FY27.
Ankit@StocksAndStoics

Polymer (PP, HDPE, PVC, ABS, etc.) prices are witnessing an unprecedented surge, increasing anywhere between 20-30% in last 10 days. If this sustains, many sectors including automobiles, auto components, consumer durable, packaging, FMCG, some construction materials, Textiles (for synthetic based fibers), etc. could see some near term margin pressure.
