I really like BlockSign’s Disaster Recovery function. It is essentially a “seed-phrase parachute” for self-custody. You remain in control, and no third party holds your complete private key. The encrypted recovery material is divided into separate cryptographic shares and distributed across the recovery setup. If access is lost, you can initiate a verified recovery process. Once the required identity checks and approvals are completed, BlockSign and @nbxcom can release the necessary recovery shares so that access can be restored. The key principle: neither BlockSign nor NBX can reconstruct the key or access the assets independently. Recovery is possible, but unilateral control is not.
