The acting national commissioner Lieutenant General Puleng Dimpane was the CFO when Cat Matlala was awarded the tender of 360mil ,she was financial overseeing budgets and you tell me a tender of 360 millions she saw nothing wrong 🤔only when the media houses started talking she raised the alarm bells 🚨
General Mkhwanazi sithembe wena .
"we owe our allegiance to the Constitution alone" - J Khampepe.
This she wrote when she delivered a judgement that would correctly send a former president to jail.
One of the jurists I admire. She knows the law & excels at its practice.
@SABCNews My fellow South Africans, don't ever, I repeat EVER! Vote ANC, im pleading with you.
Please my beloved countrymen & women. Let's save our beautiful beloved Country 🙏🏾
WATCH | Minister of Water and Sanitation Pemmy Majodina says roughly R400 billion is needed to repair and upgrade water infrastructure at the local government level, funding that is currently unavailable.
Some ANC folks and Government officials are quick to put money as the barometer to solve problems they created.
R400Billion is insanely high.
I recently toured Lesotho, these folks must swallow their pride and negotiate with Lesotho.
SA government must negotiate with Lesotho Government.
A deal like giving Lesotho R150billion for construction of more Dams on the central to Southern region of Lesotho I recently toured, construct Bulk Basins, construct a second water pipeline coming straight to Gauteng passing Vaal Dam, new pipeline will cost less than R50billion including minor capacitation of our infrastructure, pipelines, valves and more.
Allocate R200 billion to education, health and jobs creation programs.
Deputy minister of defence Bantu Holomisa says SANDF troops are ready to be deployed on the ground to protect citizens. He warned: ‘We won’t play — never point a firearm at soldiers. We’re not the police.’
"We over negotiated."
~ Mama Winnie Madikizela-Mandela
What did we "over-negotiate"?
The Property Clause: We gave away the right to take back the Land without paying "market value."
The Apartheid Debt: We agreed to pay R194 Billion to the banks that funded our own oppression.
Mama Winnie knew that a political vote without economic power is just a "controlled freedom." She saw that the 1994 deal wasn't a victory, it was a management buyout that left the keys to the economy in the same old hands.
This is a diagnosis of our current poverty. We didn't "fail" at democracy; we are living out the terms of a deal that was rigged against us from the start.
She was sidelined because she refused to pretend that a flag and an anthem were enough.
We need to honour her because she spoke the truth when it was dangerous. We are still living in the "over negotiated" ruins of 1994. It's time to finish the revolution.
#WinnieMandela. #1994Truth. #OverNegotiated
I assume this is their chat group where they are talking about all of us South Africans. This message is for South African women who are still sleeping with Nigerian drug dealers for financial gain. This is what they are saying behind your back. We have been warned by SA men.
@ISalomane@Zwelinzima1 It seems like you know nothing about Apartheid debt and how a Corrupt and failed State the ANC inherited from Apartheid ir is it Apartheid benefits?
@Zwelinzima1 ANC cadres were given a country with proper infrastructure but instead of maintaining & upgrading and even building new ones they just destroyed everything then even today still blame apartheid. U guys are a joke Vavi. How long are going to use apartheid as an excuse to do better
Our dignity as a Black nation was not lost by accident. It was stolen deliberately through the combined violence of colonialism, capitalism and apartheid.
The colonialists and capitalists drove us off our land.
They destroyed our independence as farmers and herders.
They imposed dog taxes, hut taxes, and pass laws to force us into the labour market.
They passed the Group Areas Act, job reservation laws and built the migrant labour system.
All these were not random policies. They were weapons to rob us of our dignity!
Weapons to turn free African people into cheap labour, destitute and homeless, who depend on the government for humiliating handouts!
That is how we were pushed from being self-sufficient peasants into exploited workers — from owning the land to selling our labour just to survive.
Yes, we defeated apartheid rule.
Yes, we defeated formal colonialism.
But the economic system that created our suffering — capitalism and exploitation — remained intact.
Political freedom came. Economic freedom did not.
We had hoped that democracy would urgently dismantle this legacy.
Instead, 31 years later, Black people are still the face of unemployment, poverty and inequality.
We are still the majority of the jobless.
The majority of the poor.
The majority of those living in informal settlements.
The majority of victims of crime.
This is not freedom. This is survival.
Dignity cannot come from grants and handouts.
Dignity comes from decent work.
From a living wage.
From being able to build your own home.
Feed your family.
Educate your children.
Stand upright — not in a queue begging.
So when we say our struggle is not over, we mean exactly that.
Our dignity has not yet returned.
And it will not return until the economic system that keeps Black workers poor is fundamentally changed.
You have betrayed the historic mission now you are insulting the poor!
WATCH: Anger boiled over in Doornkop, Soweto, when an NPO disrupted a meeting with Joburg human settlements MMC Mlungisi Mabaso, accusing government of failing to deliver RDP houses promised as far back as 1996. Residents from Soweto and Alexandra say they still hold C-Forms but have no homes, while officials claim national government has no record of them
@AVGirl4Life We i merited Sexualy transmitted diseases through our evolution, they have always been there just that they were never discocovered. If you are a religious believers, you may not understand what this is all about.
@Molobotsa@Zwelinzima1 We have highest unemployment in the world but every government department have vacant budgeted positions why
If Ramaphosa was honest he can call all his minister, SOE ceo and DG and instruct them to fill up all the budgeted vacancies and give them time lines to do that
