Once again, corrupt @AfricanUnion leaders are to blame. They loot their own constituencies while collaborating with exploiters. If a father doesn’t protect his household, who will? If you don’t eradicate corruption, that is your own failure. If you don't open the markets and allow the economy to run freely, the consequences are yours to bear. If you don’t protect your assets, the buck stops with you.
