@JohnAll50690792 Explain how someone gets diabetes without using the words “insulin resistance” 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

@molsjames You are a great example of why no other place in the world recognizes osteopathy as a licensed medical practitioner and it’s mostly regarded as woo woo. Diabetes is important, insulin resistance is clinically significant. Daily insulin fluctuations in non diabetics is 🤷🏼‍♂️

@molsjames Yeah, it's the difference between finding some insulin resistance early, or seeing it when it finally shows up in A1C when it's a lot harder to change.

@drterrysimpson Surgeon, right? Yeah, I did that… then kept going. I can pull evidence but it’s so obvious how and why you’re wrong, it’s not worth the effort

Passion of The Christ🇻🇦🩸 “Mel Gibson warned actor Jim Caviezel that playing the character of Christ was going to be very difficult and that if he accepted, he most likely would be marginalized by Hollywood. Caviezel asked for a day to think about it and his response to Mel who was funding and directing the movie was: "I think we have to make it, even if it is difficult." And something else, my initials are J.C., and I am 33 years old. "I didn't realize that until now." Mel responded with “You're really scaring me you know.” During filming, Jim Caviezel who plays the part of Jesus lost 45 pounds, he was struck by lightning, he was accidentally struck twice during the scourging scene leaving a deep 14-inch scar, he dislocated his shoulder when the cross was dropped into the hole with him on the cross. He then suffered pneumonia and hypothermia from being nearly naked with only a loin cloth on the cross for endless hours. The crucifixion scene alone took 5 weeks of the 2 months of shooting. His body was so stressed and exhausted from playing the role that he had to undergo two open heart surgeries after the filming production. Jim explained, “I didn’t want people to see me. I just want them to see Jesus. Conversions will happen through that.” Almost like a clairvoyant prediction many amazing things happened. Pedro Sarubbi, who played Barabbas, felt that it was not Caviezel who was looking at him, but Jesus Christ himself, as he played that role he said of Caviezel, “His eyes had no hatred or resentment towards me, only mercy and love." Luca Lionello, the artist who played Judas, was an avowed atheist before shooting began. He eventually converted, and baptized his children. One of the main technicians working on the film was a Muslim converted to Christianity. Some producers said they saw actors dressed in white they didn’t recognize during one of the filming sessions, and when they reviewed the recordings they realized they couldn’t see them in that footage. The Passion of the Christ is the highest grossing US religious as well as the highest R-rated film of all time, with $370.8 million! Worldwide, it grossed $611 million. More importantly, it has reached 100’s of millions of people around the world. Mel Gibson paid $30 million out of his own pocket for the production of the film because no studio would take on the project. Today Jim Caviezel simply and boldly proclaims his faith in Christ, and the miracle it was for him to represent Christ as an actor and a greater believer of Christ because of this experience.

Your doctor measures cholesterol because it predicts who gets carried out of the hospital. Insulin, by contrast, mostly predicts who will buy a glucose monitor on the internet. LDL has causal evidence, randomized trials, and therapies that reduce heart attacks and death. Insulin has influencers, fasting curves, and arguments about what “optimal” even means. We don’t ignore insulin—we measure its consequences: glucose and HbA1c. Because medicine prefers endpoints over vibes. If insulin were as actionable as cholesterol, it would be on every lab panel already. It isn’t. That’s not a conspiracy—it’s a clue.

Let’s be clear about what’s happening in Colorado. Leadership is being tested, and some are failing that test in real time. If a Republican candidate for governor cannot say, without hesitation, that Tina Peters deserves a full pardon on day one, then that candidate does not understand the moment we are in. This is not politics as usual. This is about whether we stand with Americans who exposed election systems, or abandon them to a weaponized state. Victor Marx has made his position known. He will not commit to a pardon. That alone disqualifies him. Colorado does not need another politician who hedges, calculates, or bows to pressure. Colorado needs a governor who will act with clarity, courage, and conviction, immediately. That’s why Scott Bottoms stands apart. His platform is not vague. It is not poll tested. It is rooted in restoring the foundation of this country, the family. Reclaim Colorado Parenthood and Childhood is exactly the kind of initiative this state desperately needs: • Parents, not the government, directing education, healthcare, and moral upbringing • Real tax relief that allows families to raise their own children • Full curriculum transparency and local control of schools • Protection of children from ideological indoctrination • Safeguards in sports, facilities, and online environments based on reality, not politics • Reform of family courts, education systems, and healthcare structures that have failed families This is what leadership looks like. Colorado voters are not looking for another empty suit. They are looking for someone who will fight, for families, for children, and for the truth. If a candidate cannot stand up now, when it matters most, they will not stand up when they are in office. The choice is becoming very clear. Stand with courage, or step aside. @realTT1776 @heidiganahl @realtinapeters @ScottBottomsCO

Fence-sitting is not courage. It is consent. When a woman like Tina Peters is sitting in a cell because she dared to expose what was happening inside our election systems, I will not pretend that “waiting to see” is leadership. You either stand with the whistleblower, or you stand with the machine that made an example of her. I’ve seen what hesitation costs. In combat, indecision kills. In this political and spiritual war for our Republic, it just kills slower. When candidates say they “need more time” or “want to see how the courts shake out,” they are telling you that when the pressure comes, they will calculate, not stand. If you cannot say, clearly and without conditions, that you will move to fully pardon Tina Peters on day one, you are not ready for the kind of fight we are in. You’re running for office, not for cover. This is not the hour for careful career moves; this is the hour for conviction. Colorado does not need another risk-averse manager of decline. It needs a governor who will put his name, reputation, and political future on the line for truth-tellers, for parents, for children, and for election integrity. In this moment, there are only two choices left—stand with courage, or step aside. In Texas we don’t sit on fences, they are usually barbed wire. Colorado deserves the same.

This week I rolled my ankle & fell on my booty on some uneven concrete. Twisted ankle. (and bruised pride) Limped inside with pretty instant swelling and OUCH. He treated my ankle (reset the talus in the mortis), treated my posterior fibular head and my 3rd rib. Limp 80% better in 5 minutes and NO OUCH. Walked 10,000 steps 2 days later with some swelling but no limp and no pain! There's a better way to do everything . . . and we will find it for you!

This was not written by me, but it touched me deeply… Sunday is coming. “He received 39 stripes because 40 was known to kill a man. They wanted him alive. They held handfuls of his beard, and hair and pulled it out by the roots. They wanted him alive. They kicked, punched, and spit on him for hours. Until there wasn't a single spot on his body not covered in blood. They wanted him alive. They shoved a crown of thorns down on his head so harshly it stuck in his skin. They wanted him alive. After hours of being beaten, mocked, whipped, flogged, and tortured they made him walk with a cross. They made him carry it. A rough piece of wood with splinters digging into fresh wounds. They wanted him alive. They wanted him to feel every ounce of pain they could bring. He had to feel it in order to heal us. Crucifixion was historically one of the cruelest most tortured deaths a human could face. Hours upon hours of torture. Torture most of us can not mentally think of because the cruelty isn't normal. It isn't something our minds can comprehend. We celebrate Easter with pastel colors, happy children hunting eggs, and chocolate. Truth is there was absolutely nothing happy about the day Jesus died. It was cruel, bloody, and nasty. He could have stopped all of it. He could have called every angel in heaven to demolish every person standing and shouting "Crucify Him!" He didn't. He knew in order to have a Sunday you have to have a Friday. He knew in order to have joy you have to carry your cross. He felt everything that day. He felt how your heart broke wide open when you had to watch your baby die. He felt how heavy your life was when you were staring down the barrel of a gun wondering if the man you called husband was going to shoot you. He carried the weight of the burden you have felt since your spouse died, and life just doesn't seem right since. On that cross he held the rapist and murderers, the sinner and the saint. He leveled every playing field and said ALL of you are worth it. He knew he had to carry the cross. He never promised the cross you carry in this life would not be heavy. His wasn't. His promise is that Sunday is coming. No matter how heavy Friday is. Financially, emotionally, mentally, or physically. Friday is heavy. That cross is weighing you down and you are about to crumble under its weight. His promise was simply this. He won't make you carry it alone. What kind of king would step down from his throne for this? Jesus of Nazareth, the Son of God did. For you. He did every bit of it for you and me. Oh yes, it is heavy. So heavy sometimes you do not think you can take one more step. But look up, because Sunday is coming.”

the joke of MAHA--we have influencers, 20 year olds with podcasts, entreprenuers All great things, but posing as 'health experts'. Plus, most positions I've heard about are full time and require a move to DC or Atlanta--which no independent doc can do because it will destroy the practice they have worked hard to build.
