Bros I eat one meal a day. I fast. I am below my weight in high school. I couldn’t get that low until I started doing that. I broke my insulin resistance as soon I started fasting. Don’t know why this works but it does.

Eating 3 meals a day might be one of the biggest lies we’ve normalized. You’re not “low energy” because you need more food. You’re low energy because your body never gets a break. Constant eating = constant digestion = constant fatigue.

They're designed to sell at a loss because the store knows that people are likely to spend money they otherwise wouldn't if they're already in the store. Rotisserie chickens are another common loss leader.

186 democrat members of the House voted AGAINST legislation to deport illegal aliens fraudulently receiving gov’t benefits.
I mean this in earnest — how could any American be AGAINST deporting an illegal alien that is ripping off struggling American families?
The same democrat members of the House advocating on behalf of illegal aliens
are the same ones against requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote.
I can make no logical deduction other than that democrats want illegal aliens to vote in our elections.
