San Antonio is very neighborhood dependent. I purposely drew the map to only areas I would personally live in. But I think most major cities are like that?
Like my street is 100% white except for one house at the end which is a retired black guy, and we only even see him once a year on Halloween.

I really don't know why they need to use examples that are stupid.
This is the San Antonio metro in the good areas. Yes, it's more than $100k but you only need a 3.5% down-payment as a first time buyer. That's $8050. I think with effort most people could save that up in a year or two.

Churches should create separate courtship sessions for people whose testimonies begin with “I used to club, drug, scam, destroy homes, and sleep around before Christ.” Let the heavily redeemed marry the heavily redeemed. This woman right here will, through the church, end up with a Christian brother who lived a decent life while she was clubbing and drugging, as wife. It is unfair that the reward for a decent life becomes inheriting somebody else’s former chaos.

Like clockwork, Ramsey immediately sides with the woman on every call.
Then proceeds to wrongly disparage the husband calling him a 'boy child' on air in front of his wife.
He also neglects to ask what their living expenses are in Toronto, Ontario (shown on screen) nor takes into consideration that the husband is paying 53.53% on every dollar earned over $220,000 because all he does on call ins is simp for women.
Most investment bankers in Toronto live in extremely expensive areas like forest hill.
I'm all for women staying home raising the kids if they homeschool, are completely agreeable, and in her husbands frame.
But there's plenty of elements missing from this story.
