Surgery is tomorrow, please wish her luck! It's hard to think straight, with everything that's been happening to me the past few years I can't help but think about the worst possible outcome. But this is the one thing I need to go right, all I can do is pray (:

When you type on social media, your words don't just disappear into some abyss. There are actual people behind screens reading them and sometimes getting hurt. It's not worth it. I used to have this poster in my classroom when I taught elementary, but I feel it's for adults too.

Happy Mothers Day everyone. About a week ago, my mom was informed she has stage 1 breast cancer. She is everything to me, and the thought of living in a world without her is something I don't want to think about. Cherish your moms, and pray for me and my family!
