@lyft This is extremely concerning. One of your drivers confirmed he had my bag containing my wallet, then stopped responding and blocked our number. I have repeatedly reported this to Lyft, yet no action has been taken, and this person is still allowed to drive on your platform.

Very disappointed with @lyft I left my purse in a ride, provided screenshots and details, and the driver clearly has it but is refusing to return it. Lyft’s response has been to do nothing and offer no real solution. Customers deserve better support and accountability.
