@lou_living_life In the PL group on FB there has been discussion about the covid tests for pets being basically the same and fine for human use. I wonder if a vet/pet company could sell the tests? I imagine the rules would be different.

@BaileyDevine20 @flo_mask If you can swing fit testing I highly recommend it. I can also wear kids hats & sunglasses. But I passed in the Flo Mask. I do wish there was a smaller option because I need to have it very tight to get a good seal by chin. But I’ve learned to appreciate the tightness TBH

@flo_mask Would love if anyone @flo_mask would weigh in. I *could have* fit into kid's size so it left me confused as to best option. This takes up my whole face, but specs aren't fogging and I dont feel any leaks so I'm hopeful I'm getting a good seal since there is contact with skin.

@drcopps @astute_bohemian The truth is they put them more at risk. We stayed at CHEO for 10 day & all the HCWs we saw were fully masked. Obviously our 4 sets of roommates were not. Keeping parents away from sick kids is likely not the answer. But I would have really appreciated our roommates being tested.

@rollforlearning It’s so frustrating and so concerning. I can’t even imagine how it must feel to try and keep those little ones safe. While also worrying about your own family. Never mind teaching anyone anything!

@JeromeAdamsMD I don’t work in one but recently spent 10 days at a Children’s hospital with my son. Only patients with COVID symptoms were tested. We had 4 sets of roommates so only one child was tested (and none of the parents). I would have felt so much better if it was universal.
