@RacingDFS No way the Preakness should be kept at 2 weeks after the Derby. Too short for modern standards. Moving the Preakness back makes the Triple Crown harder (bigger fields), not easier.

on the Preakness move, 2 things - IF the Preakness moves to a streaming platform it’s a massive L for the sport’s growth - IF the Belmont moves to 6 weeks (very likely), then the Triple Crown is dead … no horse will wheel back in 2 weeks to run 12 panels, NYRA will move

@realtueltime @RacingDFS I spend Memorial Day weekend at the Indy 500 and 4th of July weekend in wine country, would have zero time to handicap, bet or watch any of the races. I am sure many people have similar traditions on these summer holiday weekends. Net result of doing this = lower handle.

@RacingDFS First Saturday in May Memorial Day Weekend 4th of July (or that weekend) Make racing the focal point of the summer holidays. 4 week and 4 weeks doesn’t make it easier for the Derby winner. Couldn’t it make it harder with new shooters and full rest for best challengers???

@MarkTho71678536 @AP Again, 3.3% CPI with rates at 5.75% and 3.3% with rates at 3.75% are not the same thing. But generally speaking, sure, but I wasn’t okay with 9.2% CPI and you shouldn’t have been either. No American should, and I’m not even saying it was all Biden’s fault.

@MonarchosMatt @AP Quick history 101 lesson. The infantion rate when Biden left office was 2.9% current rate 3.3% about 14 percent hike. GDP 4th quarter 2024 under Biden 2.4% GDP 4th quarter 2025 under Trump 0.5%

I tried to explain above best I could but I think it simply comes down to a BPA situation if their top corner and top edge guy are gone.
