去迈阿密参加了Consensus大会，几乎没什么中国人
以下是Crypto西方的状况：
共识在哪？
Zcash是美国的新共识，naval+a16z+multicoin，至于为什么我会单开一个帖子/视频来讲，估计短期不会结束
公链
- 在把Monad/megaeth 对标成当年sui/aptos双雄，钱都很多，各有优劣。谁是
- Canton的钱很多，但是圈子很难混，因为压根就不是crypto圈子，都是华尔街的人
- Upbit l2最近讨论的很多，但是大家预期普遍一般
- Tempo在币圈没什么动静，paradigm已经在玩更高维度的游戏了
- Sol在找方向，但是看起来没找到特别合适的方向
Perpdex：
- Hyperliquid活动还是很火热，但是见不太到hype的人。现在美国对hype的价格有比较多的分歧，后面单独写一篇来讲
- perp dex现在是人手一个，每家交易所、每个稳定币、每个链都、每个MM都想做一个perp dex
老牌CEX：
- Coinbase账上有很多钱，但是不会玩degen游戏，也不需要玩degen游戏，看不上这点钱
- Kraken很会玩，跟的很快，Nado肯定行
- OKX，Bybit，Bitget都在很努力的做美国合规市场。Bitget CEO去演讲都带保镖了，这是在美国文化里地位的象征
新的变种交易所（trading terminal交易前端）:
- 各种Trading terminal和ai trading的变体，Genius，vergex，tplus，liquid等
- 美国的perp快要合规了，这其实是个大机会。你们敢想象之前美国人都不能加杠杆炒币或者去做空炒币吗
DAT:
- Strategy在大量搞生态项目，BTC还在加杠杆过程的早期阶段，举例就是 @saturn_credit
RWA:
- 接下来1-2年最重要的趋势，最近起来了大量的RWA资产，带头的是各种股票perp、startup perp
VC：
- 亚洲VC彻底死完了，Yzi还在积极出手（但是yzi不能算是亚洲vc），demo day搞得很好，项目还是不少的。能看到一些很好的项目，比如 @renaissxyz
- 西方Crypto VC募资压力很大，a16z搞了个大的是因为他们是a16z
- 其他西方VC各有各的死法，有的死在完全不会玩本周期的山寨币游戏，有的死在乱投二级乱投DAT
MM
- 主动MM游戏也蔓延到了西方，但是founder有坐牢风险，加上信任问题推进程度都一般
- 很多合规的被动MM目光都在转向预测市场
挖了很多的坑，之后准备做视频来讲内容了，表现力更好也说得更明白

The structure of the deal is pretty interesting here. I think what’s happening is: 1. xAI is having trouble training a SOTA coding model (hence cofounder departures), bunch of idle GPUs 2. Cursor doesn’t have capital to blow on a $5B training run to compete with Codex/Claude 3. xAI says to Cursor: use all the GPUs you want at cost and get to a SOTA coding model, as long as we have an option to buy you 4. Cursor also gets a free option: train a model better than Opus and get bought out for $60B, or get $10B that pays for all the GPUs you rented Win win

你好，我是CC。是的，在从清华毕业的第282天，我从Morph毕业了，结束了我这毕业前就入职的第一份全职工作。
回望这一年半，我交出的毕业答卷是：从零搭起APAC大使网络，孵化出完整的区域团队，入职不到半年升任Head of APAC；以0预算让MorphBlack掀起华语区热潮，辐射多个亚太国家；在Morph被Bitget收购之后转向Payment，开始拓展支付加速器合作伙伴网络……我觉得我还算是个合格的斗士，我从不恐惧陌生的战场。
我是一个永远渴望打仗的斗士，也总是希望报君黄金台上意，只是在Crypto与传统加剧融合、AI Agent加速冲击现实的当下，我人生的战场需要更新了。我朝着Crypto与传统金融/支付的交汇方向前进，也不排斥AI带给我的时代增量，但战场的目的地悬而未决，我渴望但并不着急，我要值得。
人生中我还从未有过这样悬而未决却无限自由的时刻，但好像因为自信而不太焦虑。因为我知道：选择最自由的道路，就是选择最残酷的道路：没有路径可以依赖，你只能持续快速进化。恰好我一直都是这样，我有的无非就是一直直视自己的勇气，还有一路披荆斩棘的韧性。
朋友们总结这是生命力🌷我让近20位领导/同事/朋友用五个词概括我，生命力（坚韧）是最高频的词汇，另外四个是洞察力、细腻、主动担当与执行力，在这样的问答里，我感受到的是被看见的幸运，我感恩的是一路并肩的经历。
在正式投入下一场战役之前，我打算4月底先去土耳其和意大利走走，5月再经纽约去硅谷转一圈，看看世界前进的方向里，我的作战场究竟在何处。

@darkmarketio 这篇 Digital Asset Summit 的会后感很真实，也代表了当下西方 Crypto 圈的一种普遍心态：
DeFi 创始人穿上了西装，没有传统合作伙伴的协议越来越难生存。创新在变少，大部分项目要么是把传统收益包装上链，要么是追逐热点，能赚钱但很难出 VC 级别的回报。很多基金募不到钱，未来几个月可能会有一波出清。
很能理解这种情绪，
东方又何尝不是如此，甚至还早了一两年。
说实话也不是没动摇过，但其实 Crypto 一直没变，变的只是人心，从开始的懵懂和敬畏，到觉得它无所不能，欲望膨胀，再到现在被打回原形，开始重新审视它是什么。
AI 抽走流动性和注意力是没错，但被虹吸的又何尝只是Crypto，各行各业都在被抽，所有的钱和资源都在往那边倾斜，但就像最初 Crypto 横扫全球一样，终究每样新的革命的能力都会有边界的。
有人说 "Crypto is fintech now" 成了共识，叙事降格了。然而它本来不就是金融么？回想当年加入这个行业的时候，其实很简单，单纯觉得是新的金融，一个更高效、更开放、更有机会的版本，而今天机构进来了，监管认可了，银行和金融机构也在拥抱，反倒大家不高兴了。
事实上，大家对 Crypto 有过太多不切实际的期待，觉得它要改变世界。当然它会的，一定会的，但在我看来，更多是在资产负债表的右侧（资本端）。当全球 GDP (资产负债表的左侧）开始上链的时候，金融自然也跟随。
这是一条很长的路，长到可以干一辈子。

- Drafted a blog post - Used an LLM to meticulously improve the argument over 4 hours. - Wow, feeling great, it’s so convincing! - Fun idea let’s ask it to argue the opposite. - LLM demolishes the entire argument and convinces me that the opposite is in fact true. - lol The LLMs may elicit an opinion when asked but are extremely competent in arguing almost any direction. This is actually super useful as a tool for forming your own opinions, just make sure to ask different directions and be careful with the sycophancy.
