crypto 终于走到了全面合规化的这一天。之前跟人讨论过合规对于行业来说到底算是利好还是利空，看完文件之后我现在的想法还是，整体利好，但仍然有一段路要走：
1. 先做下文件的内容里最重要的信息梳理：
> crypto 资产被分为 5 大品类：Digital Commodities / Digital Collectibles / Digital Tools / Stablecoins / Digital Securities；
> 主流资产如 BTC/ETH/SOL 明确归类为 commodities；
> memecoin 被归类为 collectibles；
> mining 和 staking 不属于证券交易；
> tokenized securities 是证券；
2. 所以对于项目方来说，【币】和【股】是可以同时存在的：
> token 走 digital commodity 分类，满足：
- Token 与一个 functional crypto system 内在绑定（能用来付 gas、参与共识、治理投票等）
- 价值来源于 system 的 programmatic operation + 供需
- 没有 passive yield，不能代表对企业利润/资产/收入的权利
就可以算作 commodity 来发行；
> equity 走证券发行，可以通过 tokenized 的方式发行到链上或传统证券交易所上市；
> 其实相当于有了两条资本路径；
3. 但是，仍然有一段路要走，这里主要考虑的是 token 的估值体系实质上被限制了：
> 过去一段时间，token 的估值体系是在走 DCF、P/S、P/E 这种方式的，但这是很明确的股权估值体系；
> 如果从商品逻辑出发，token 的估值体系就是【使用价值 × 供需 × 网络效应】，所以能采用的是：
- 交易媒介模型：MV=PQ
- Gas 费折现作为 token 的产出价值
- 网络效应：价值 ∝ n²（n = 活跃用户/地址数）
> 大部分山寨币可能会因此逻辑面对零公允价值的事实；
4. 作为项目方，keep building，依旧相信行业

BREAKING: @SECGov and @CFTC have issued a joint guidance on how federal securities laws apply to crypto assets and transactions. It introduces a token taxonomy and clarifies staking, mining, airdrops, and wrapping. SEC Chair @SECPaulSAtkins also says most crypto assets aren’t securities.

1. the current assets listed on tokens are very limited except stocks (216 stocks now) 2. regulation‘s care focuses on who is offering financial info to whom 3. no kyc on jupiter and birdeye considering 1+2+3, i might take a wild guess that "more to come" will be an onchain bloomberg terminal

Foreign assets on Solana have many variants, e.g. there's no canonical Bitcoin or Gold
Tokens aggregates all strains into a single place, and will soon offer a few very helpful and novel APIs as well😉

后来转到 Donut，一个 AI-native 非常产品导向的项目。同时融资也超过 2200 万美金。很幸运能和一群最优秀的人一起工作，一起去探索那些看起来很疯狂的方向。

there is some battle happening in my brain:
> obviously i believe in human-in-the-loop philosophy for ai development. the verification capability mentioned in the paper is irreplaceable by ai - i also agree with the conclusion.
> but based on my recent interactions with ai, i find myself eager to embrace the brain-computer interface, which somehow makes me believe ai can understand my intent better. will the bci become what erases the 'Measurability Gap'?
