The new White House policy requiring green card applicants to apply from outside the US is a capricious attack on legal immigration. It will hurt families, leave us with fewer doctors, teachers and scientists, and hurt American competitiveness in AI.

Let me be honest. I wanted to stay Muslim so badly. Not even because of God at first, but because of the life attached to it. My dad’s businesses were waiting for me. Signed and ready. My mom’s community. Doctors, lawyers, politicians. Connections everywhere. Success was laid out in front of me. There was even an arranged marriage lined up. A doctor. Beautiful future. House. Wedding. Stability. All I had to do was say one sentence: “Yeah, I still believe.” That was it. Keep the money. Keep the family approval. Keep the life. But here’s what ruined it for me: I could not unsee Jesus. Once I really read the Quran and compared it to the Gospel, I couldn’t force myself back into pretending. And honestly, knowledge becomes heavy at that point. Because I didn’t leave Islam to rebel. I left because I could not betray what I believed was true. No business opportunity, no relationship, no comfortable future was worth denying the King who gave His life for me. So yeah, my life would have been easier if I stayed. But when Jesus says, “I am the way,” you don’t answer with, “But the other path feels safer.” You pick up your cross and walk.

These are so cute. What I remember is my baby boy in the back seat while I was singing with Christmas songs on the radio in the car... He said, "No, mama". Yes, he is still alive. Not all moments are precious.

If trans women use men’s toilets, they will be subjected to humiliation, abuse and violence. Anyone with any sense knows this. Which is why in practice trans women will not use men’s toilets, and will just increasingly be driven out of society.

Yeah, I’ve forgiven my parents. For the bruises. For the hateful insults. For the se*ual perversion. But my forgiveness doesn’t undo their damage. My forgiveness doesn’t change who they are. As Christians, we need to get real with the fact that our forgiveness doesn’t alter reality. Only God’s forgiveness can undo sin. I forgive my parents. I do not trust my parents. I do not love my parents, at least, not in a normal or healthy way. When they die, I assume I’ll be sad? But to me, they died a long time ago. Because they don’t love me. They didn’t protect me. Not even from themselves. In fact, they’re lucky I didn’t kill myself after all they did. Heck. My dad taught me how to commit su*cide when I was like 6. Who does that? What kind of father teaches his child that? This is the reality of child ab*se. It’s not just having a bad day, or losing your temper, or getting drunk on your birthday. It’s a pattern of chronic evil. No matter how much I forgive them, they will remain who they are. The only thing I can change is me.

If I had to go home to convert my O-1 genius visa into a greencard, it would completely derail my career. Not even worth applying at that point. The process for a greencard is 1 to 2 years. The O-1 lasts 2 to 3 years. Just say you don’t want high skill immigration

NEW: Texas man kills his unborn child after spiking his girlfriend's drink with an abortion pill. Jon Demeter has been indicted for the performance of an abortion and injury to a child. Back in February, his girlfriend was rushed to the hospital, cramping and bleeding after drinking a drink that her boyfriend gave her. The girlfriend was 14 weeks pregnant and had already named the baby Presley Mae. Demeter reportedly tried convincing her to get an abortion, and when she refused, he allegedly took matters into his own hands. "He covertly crushed that medication and mixed it in a water bottle with a Liquid I.V. packet. This was done with a specific intent to cause the death of the child," said Sheriff Wesley Doolittle. Demeter is facing 5 to 99 years in prison. Give him the max sentence.
