Majority of Indians face such situation in majority of Govt offices. Citizens are treated as garbage and made to wait for hours or made to run from one desk to another desk. One solution is, just like passport appointment app, every govt office should use a common appointment app and citizen should be allotted time slot where the citizen can visit in allotted time slot and get their work done and also should be able to provide feedback/ratings on their experience at the Govt office. @PMOIndia
