Rewatched this tonight for the first time in 20+ years in honor of Chuck. I love the idea that someone saw John Carpenter's 'Halloween' in 1978 and said, 'That was *great*, the only thing it was missing was Chuck Norris.'

@EchoLeeNumber2 Feel so privileged I got to see parts 1 and 2 in a theater at a NYC Hong Kong film festival in the 90s at the famous Film Forum.

Gonna just say ONCE UPON A TIME IN CHINA 1 and 2. This is from part 1, but part 2 has some genuinely outstanding fight scenes, including 2 all-time greatest fights ever, between Jet Li and Donnie Yen.

@HauntedEchoes13 I hated that they dropped Katie Featherston's character after she started the franchise. Other than an obscure reference that she was the agent that sold the house in GD, that was it. No proper send off.
