@themccoyman @phatboislym I strongly agree to this. Was telling a friend sometime back, that if I had to choose between exceptional elementary education and top college education I’d rather have my child go to a top primary and secondary school than a top university.

I think that all the difference in literacy levels is made in primary school and junior secondary school.

There are some conventions that I don’t agree with but I follow regardless. From personal experience, you need a seat belt more in a speedboat than in an airplane. However, most speedboats don’t have seat belts but airplane cabin crew will make you feel like you will fall from the sky if you don’t wear your seat belt. I don’t understand why speedboats don’t have seat belts as a standard.
