Moobot's dashboard received some major modernization updates today after an insane amount of work 😤 It should be considerably faster, easier to use, and have a more consistent design. Since this is a pretty substantial update, please DM me with any bugs you encounter.

Just a fyi, Moobot will not interact with StreamElements in this way if you have both bots in chat. This applies for any bots that work alongside Moobot, so you're perfectly safe using them together. x.com/zachbussey/sta…

@der_Zote @DraconTV As far as I know, that will only happen if only Moobot and/or the broadcaster is in the chat list. I believe those are left out of the list. Please let me know if that's not the case.

Muss wohl wieder sein: NEIN, die neue @Twitch Änderung sorgt nicht dafür, dass Nutzer im Lurk* nicht mehr gezählt werden. Diese Falschinformationen sind so alt wie die Plattform selbst. Nein, man muss nicht chatten, um als Zuschauer zu zählen. Dieses Drama aktuell auf Social Media ist echt absurd. Sonst hätten die größten Streamer teils 75% weniger Zuschauer. Das hätte man seit 28.07 gemerkt. Das ist, nachweisbar, nicht der Fall. Der Unfug liest man seit Jahrzehnten mittlerweile und das kommt meist nur von Leuten, die verzweifelt versuchen zu verstehen, warum die Zuschauerzahlen bei ihnen niedriger sind als man denken würde. Nein, du hast nicht mehr Zuschauer als dir angezeigt werden. Nein, Twitch war noch nie eine geile Plattform für kleine Streamer fürs Wachstum. Nein, die Nutzer im Chat-Liste ist oft nicht akkurat und du wirst nicht bei einer "Selbstprobe" das überprüft haben. In über 13 Jahren konnten solche Tests nicht bestätigt bzw. reproduziert werden, selbst wenn Twitch Mitarbeiter selbst ausgeholfen haben. Nie. (*Zuschauer ohne zu chatten)

@DraconTV @Twitch Moin @DraconTV durch diese Änderung funktionieren anscheinend einige Funktionen vom Moobot nicht mehr, die random User aus der Follower und Watchlist auswählen. Hast du oder einer deiner Follower (Hallo 👋) evtl. eine Idee wie man das beheben könnte?

@flonou Unfortunately Twitch removed the ability to easily send whispers, so it's no longer supported. There are some plans to allow for customization of Moobot's response rates though. Do you feel Moobot is spamming too much or too little?

@MoobotApp Hi, it seems like moobot doesn't send a command as whisper anymore when it is triggered multiple times in a short period of time. Is there a reason for this change? Could a command response as a whisper be a feature somehow in the future ?

Twitch's new Shared Chat is now live! Moobot will not interfere across chat rooms. This includes both commands and auto-moderation. Please let me know how it works out for you once you've tried Shared Chat for yourself! 💜 My DMs are always open. twitter.com/MoobotApp/stat…

Moobot will now automatically deny any of these AutoMod held messages if they are also set to be removed by your Moobot's own moderation settings. That way those spam links won't even appear in your mod chat view to clutter it up. twitter.com/zachbussey/sta…

@Birphon2 Unfortunately, not at the moment. Not easily at least. You can technically do it with the URLFetch system, but that’d take a bit to set up. See moo.bot/docs/building-… for the details.

@MoobotApp is there a way we can do math in commands? i.e. say a counter is made every time a cannon is missed in LoL and then we also want to multiply it to show how much gold has been missed?

@teischente For 3), how about if there are multiple bots with the same commands, e.g. !uptime, and with them both/multiple then responding to the same !command. Would that be a problem?

With Shared Chat being announced at Twitch Con, how do you see yourself moderating and crossing over the chats? 1) Will you also manually moderate chat coming from the other streamer? 2) Should a chat bot's moderation affect the other streamer's chat? 3) Should your chat commands work in the other streamer's chat? (or ignore !commands?)

I mean view as it being the same chat basically, with the same messages and timeouts/bans combined. If a user in chat A is timed out, their message will also be timed out when viewed from chat B. But should a bot belonging to chat A time out users in chat B is the big question. In which case, it will be viewed as timed out in both A and B since the chats are shared. Since the bot can't time someone out and have it only be visible as timed out in one of the chats(?)

@MoobotApp 1. yes 2. Already does. if user x is banned in y and they write in z then x's chat won't share to y. For one example. 3. - ignore, or selective by command. coz if all (up to 6? channels) have moobot (or similar) and someone runs !uptime ..... well.....

Even during the Shared Chat session I feel like auto moderation shouldn't affect the other streamer's chat though. As far as I know there is only one shared chat view, so you can't remove the message in one chat view (e.g. twitch.tv/A) while leaving it in the other? (twitch.tv/B)

@MoobotApp That'll just remove the user from being visible temporarily in stream A leaving them untouched in B. _in theory_ most channels should have similar rules when they go shared mode.
