Researched COMT after listening to pod with you and your wife I’m confused though I have MTHFR 677TT and COMT. Been taking methylated B12 and 5-MTHF Heard you two say methylated supplements can be bad with COMT, so I’m switching to hydroxycobalamin and andenosylcobalamin. What about the 5-MTHF? Is there another form of folate I should look for? My homocysteine is high (15.9) too so probably haven’t been taking enough 5-MTHF as it is (470 mcg a day has been my dosage) Read somewhere that slow niacin can modulate over methylation, so planning to add a little that in. Anything else?
