Dear @SouthwestAir. For a smoother process you should board by seats instead of groups. Groups are all over the place. For instances you have Group 1 ( 12b, 36a, 24c etc.) then Group 2 same random seats. Unfortunate this doesn’t work. Please evaluate the process ASAP!
