@MooreJared0 @ecommcowboy I don’t think it will get there but just company as code is the idea here. Humans are likely just interface for other humans.

“Every agency is trying to raise prices… I want mine to go down every year.” — @TaylorHoliday AI is compressing labor. Your moat is delivering more value, faster, and at a lower cost than anyone else can afford.

More isn't always better. Better is better. Forecast more accurately, grow contribution more consistently all while saving money with the Prophit Engine from CTC. Big love to the boys: @Seanfrank @iamshackelford @Jaredorkin @stevenborrelli @steviej @SJohnson_89 for the acting brilliance. This one is a love letter to the DTC x community.

@TaylorHoliday @ecommcowboy Which means this is reflexive. So when system reliance turns to LLM APIs, and a platform doubles token cost overnight then clients are basically the ones absorbing full risk vs expected stable overhead? Or are you operating with 0 profits at that point?

Is this not an odd thing to say? Yes, there’s compression so cost of delivery drops. There’s no question in this. But if you really believe that statement, you can just charge less. Why stopped there? Do it for free. Use people’s data to build a model that does other things. Why stop there? Pay them to do their marketing for them so you can accumulate their data and train your own models.

@maxwellfinn If your slack contains any proprietary data, KPI’s, strategy, or anything from a client of yours, and the client has no knowledge or approval of using that data with a third-party, then I guess it just comes down to how your confidentiality agreements are set up.

@MooreJared0 How does using Claude to summarize the content in my slack and privately DM me the summary breach client confidentiality?

If you have a large and super active Slack for your business I highly recommend setting up a morning briefing scheduled task with Claude. Every morning Claude scans our entire Slack workspace and puts together a concise summary/briefing of the most important things for me to see that is then sent to me at 7am. We now have multiple team members doing it and also integrating their gmail and other relevant apps. It is a great way to start the morning and help with your daily planning.

I recently spoke to a marketer who ran a $40M brand with just two designers and ONE AI process. I paid him 6 figs to build these systems for my companies. He chains together 7 AI tools: creative brief → image gen → scale winning assets. All run by 2 offshore designers. I’m giving away his entire operating system for free. Comment “AI” and I’ll send it.

out of all high-earners, the ultra-productive, and most successful folks I've ever met, atleast 90% have ADHD or some form of neuroatypical something; the other 10% are slow career builders over time, nepotism winners, etc. sample size is multiple hundreds of folks across the world. i dont make the rules

i've chat with 3 human experts and prompted 2 LLMs. All 5 recommend to not pursue openclaw but a more state-based approach

What is everyone using for their data stack? We’re considering making a move and most in need of a better ETL solution
