Integrator was discovered by Dr. Shiekhattar @ShiekhattarLab from DSS1 purification 20 years ago, but not much is known about DSS1's function within Integrator. Here we, @xu_lab, and @jingdongcheng reveal the role of DSS1's scaffolding role in stabilizing Integrator/INTAC.
