Plane slams into a paraglider’s canopy near Schmittenhöhe mountain in northern Austria. The woman, Sabrina, was captured on camera gliding through the air before a small plane came slamming into her parachute. The 44-year-old woman was able to untangle herself before deploying her reserve parachute. She safely landed and was rescued by a police helicopter. "I actually still can’t believe that I’m sitting here typing this and apart from a few nasty bruises and some general contusions, nothing happened," she said. The pilot, a 28-year-old man, says there was no way he could have avoided Sabrina. He was able to land safely at a nearby airport. Video: sab_thi / ig.

Ok. Vulnerable post but here we are. I just weighed in at 141.4 lbs. Since Sept 2024 to today, May 15, 2026, I have lost 100lbs. It hurts to say that and share but I am going to share it because I worked so damn hard every week for over a year and a half to shed this weight. It did not happen overnight. If it wasn’t for having this incredibly challenging goal in fighting @rondarousey I most definitely wouldn’t have reached this. I was pre-diabetic, had trouble simply walking in September 2024 and have been on the path to recovery to turn myself back into an athlete since then. It was hard, SO damn hard.. there was so much to learn, too much to unpack here, ups, downs, plateaus, things I learned late I wish I learned earlier, trial by error but I did it. Thank you to Ronda, who waited patiently while I lost this weight and giving me something to aim for. There is still so much I need to learn and want to do in the health space and to continue transforming my body, but for today, I thank God, my husband and my family for sticking with and encouraging me the whole way. I pray this encourages you wherever you are in your health journey. Believe there is hope. Never give up. Ok.. enough emo, I’ve got a fight tomorrow. We’ve worked so hard to get here. If states made up body parts of a human that was the personification of the USA, I have some thoughts: I believe Texas would be the heart…obviously… California would be the intestines, from start to finish… Florida already looks like an armpit… Washington DC would be the brain (not exactly an honor role student here) and could also pass as the stomach, since the IRS and Congress are headquartered there and some gluttons really do think with their stomachs… Pennsylvania would be the reproductive system, where life originates… Wyoming would be like a very large forehead, or a five head, as it’s called, with all that real estate, but nothing’s there, except some bangs you regret, reflecting upon your yearbook photo… Louisiana would be the kidneys, constantly punched during hurricane season… South Carolina is the spleen, that gets hit when the hurricane misses… Georgia is the butt, cuz that’s what the peach emoji stands for… Colorado is acne, with the Rocky Mountains, which you try popping till your skin turns purple… Arizona is that patch of dry skin that never goes away… New Mexico is a rash… Alabama and Mississippi are the feet cuz they’re oddly shaped and they got that second toe sticking out past their big toe, which according to Jason Alexander is really weird… Alaska is the lungs, because the air is fresh, crisp, and they got room to breathe… while Nebraska would be the sinuses dealing with a sneezing fit and ya randomly shoot a kernel of corn out your nose, but haven’t eaten corn in weeks… Michigan’s obviously the greasy mittened mechanics’ hands, tossing out lemons at everyone they can… and Missouri would be the eyes cuz ya always want someone to “Show Me…” the green and ain’t nothing greener than the ozarks. I could go on, but I need to steer my ADHD hyperfocus back to learning how to wire an AMC Gremlin overnight, instead of wondering if Iowa would be America’s pancreas, because you don’t think of it until something goes wrong…

This hurts my heart. I just wanna give her a hug and let her cry it out. Nobody should be that down on themselves. All lives have value, all lives have meaning and some people underestimate just how powerful a good long hug is. It truly is a heart to heart moment. I hope she finds the love and hope she needs.

The latest news on which WWE stars are taking significant pay cuts and why it's happening: "From what I understand, these people who have been asked to restructure their deals are people who are upper midcard-ish, maybe even higher than that. The ones I've heard, they've been around for a long time and they were making a lot of money. "We're not talking a guy like Roman Reigns or a guy like Seth Rollins. Those guys, the very tippy top main eventers, they're not gonna be asking those tippy top main eventers to restructure their deals. If you are low on the card, you're probably not making enough that they're gonna bother. "So the reason there's a specific window it appears of people that are being asked to restructure, is because these people signed pretty big money deals quite a while ago, and they've been making that money for quite a while, and now they're not where they were. "Their justification is, 'Things are very different now than when you signed this deal. Yes, we are asking you to take less money,' but their argument is, 'You are doing significantly less now. "'You're not doing four house shows a week, you're not on the road four days a week, paying for your transportation and your hotel and your this and your that. You're on the road one day a week, you're wrestling maybe twice a month, and we want to pay you less because you're doing less now.' That is their mindset. That's their perspective there. It’s even been held up in court. It’s maddening!!! As much as I’d dislike living under EU laws, they actually give consumers protection from this garbage. Here? Not so much… California is the closest thing to the EU, so if their state legislature enacted this, it might cover the entire country due to the incurred costs for printing different packaging for different states. If you can’t stop the sale of it, then put a red flag on the box for all to see. 🚩
