Green Watch spent the morning in Caton out on the River Lune, practicing water rescue techniques and using our sled. ☀️ The crew has 3 new water rescue technicians so it’s important to expose them to real life situations. 🦦🦆🏊

We have 10 fire engines at a commercial building fire on Port Royal Avenue, Lancaster. There is a lot of smoke in the area and we advise people in the local area to keep windows and doors shut.

Wow wow wow .. After 4.5 hours I am in the bath and feel really pleased with myself to have completed this walk! I’ve raised £530! Weird that I really enjoyed it? 🤣😅 My first time wearing full kit for longer than 5 minutes and I walked 15 miles😯 I did it! @MorecambeFire to @bls_fire to @lancaster_fire and back to @MorecambeFire!
