@thebasedcapital @theflow0 BC-250 had Mesa support for awhile which is the PS5 APU but cut down

I ported Linux to the PS5 and turned it into a Steam Machine. Running GTA 5 Enhanced with Ray Tracing. 🤯

@qtr_703 I built a BC250 with Bazzite, which is the closest thing I have to a ps5 on Linux. But I do have a Fat on 7.40 firmware :) unfortunately my Slim is on 12.02... I had it on 12.00 for a little bit but I updated to 12.02 while playing Chronos and Death Streanding 2.

Initial limit till fw 2.70 Then let's wait for buzzer to use Kldload so it should go till 6.50 fw (fat) only

I’ve decided to update my PS4 to the latest version since it’s just sitting around unused. Once it’s updated, I’ll activate a few accounts and leave it at that…

PS3 Super Slim owners – we finally have real qCFW! 🚀 Quick heads-up for anyone still rocking a Super Slim or a 30xx model: the qCFW (BadWDSD) mod is officially public! If you’ve been stuck with HEN and wanted something closer to a full CFW experience, this is the move. The best part? The overclocking. You can finally push the RSX (GPU) up to 750MHz or even 850MHz. It actually makes those laggy titles playable. How to do it? It’s not as scary as it sounds. You’ll need the latest HFW, the qCFW/StageX files (check PSX-Place), and a small hardware helper like a Raspberry Pi Pico (RP2040). It takes maybe 20 minutes if you stay focused. Personally, I’m still hunting for that "golden" unit that can handle the most extreme clocks. I’ve heard some chips can hit 910MHz or even 950MHz! This is probably my 5th console in a row that I’m testing, but I won’t stop until I find one that takes the max tuning. Good luck modding! @WeskMods @Bringus_Studios Very true, I guess I can remix it up a little on the fan area and change a few of the points also to make it less a scan. I had bought a PS5 for cheap with broken HDMI and no shell originally, and find pricing of shells kind of crazy lol

@Morellody @Bringus_Studios You can post whatever you scan, there may be some patent gray area but it's extremely unlikely to cause any issues. My thoughts on the matter:

Where would be a good place for me to start with scans or understanding what I'm allowed and not allowed to post? Did PS5 shell scan
