@RBI @RBIsays @kreditbee @FinMinIndia @DFS_India @jagograhakjago @Cyberdost @NPCI_NPCI A recovery agent from KreditBee is openly threatening me that if EMI is not paid immediately, he will call and mentally harass my mother, father, uncle and entire family using my contact list. ⚠️ SERIOUS FRAUD ISSUE: The same person has disclosed his name TWICE — once as Aman and another time as Vishal. ➤ One individual using multiple names is a clear case of identity misrepresentation & fraud, which itself requires immediate legal action. The agent has also stated that “RBI rules do not apply to us” and that they can show “documents” instead of following RBI norms. ➤ This statement itself amounts to defiance of RBI authority and unlawful recovery practice. This is NOT RECOVERY, this is CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION. Such actions are a direct violation of RBI Fair Practice Code for NBFCs, which strictly prohibits: ❌ Calling family members / relatives ❌ Using threats, fear or pressure tactics ❌ Mental harassment & privacy breach The above acts attract Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, including: ▶️ Sec 351 – Criminal Intimidation ▶️ Sec 352 – Intentional insult to provoke breach of peace I have call recordings, call logs and name-disclosure proof as evidence. ⚠️ FINAL LEGAL WARNING: If any call is made to my family members, or if harassment continues, I will immediately file: ✔️ Complaint with Reserve Bank of India (CMS) ✔️ Police complaint for criminal intimidation & fraud ✔️ Legal proceedings against KreditBee & the concerned recovery agent @RBI @FinMinIndia Stop these illegal & fraudulent recovery practices immediately and take strict action. Silence will be treated as admission of guilt.
