The agent has also stated that “RBI rules do not apply to us” and that they can show “documents” instead of following RBI norms. ➤ This statement itself amounts to defiance of RBI authority and unlawful recovery practice. This is NOT RECOVERY, this is CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION.
