@vcnuscal I’ve also bought bottles for that but didn’t help me much. But now I literally have alarms set every 2 hours to remind me to drink a glass of water (I also don’t like drinking much at one time, so it’s easier this way)

i feel like i never drink enough water, maybe 1 litre per day.. how do you guys drink so much water, any tips pls ??
