I tweet about a range of things: gaming, vaping, sometimes politics & humour. All views my own, except those I stole from my wife. Warning: May contain nuts.

This infuriates me. Why do we need to have trends in how people make their inane, whiny videos? All the drab leftie women talking in their cars was bad enough; now we have the "walk & talk".
Stop this fucking shit. Just sit down, adjust the lighting & make a video like an adult.

.@SophyRidgeSky demonstrates the new trend MPs have been adopting across their social media platforms.🚶 Who do you think does the 'walk and talk' best - Sophy or the MPs? Let us know in the comments 👇 🔗 news.sky.com/politics-hub-w…

@Imaginary_Echo @FergusMason25 @astor_charlie @YorkshireTea There isn't a harbour nearby. #JustSaying

I'm distressed. I need to talk to someone about this.

Shh... don't tell anyone about this, OK? We're only showing you this photo because we trust you. (But yes, it's real! More info in the thread 👇)

@Forest_Smoking Incredibly short sighted from the ibvta. But not surprising.

Most members of the Independent British Vape Trade Association were “delighted by the news of the ban”, says chief executive Gillian Golden, because they “were uncomfortable“ to be selling the ‘wasteful’ products. 🤪 #post" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">bbc.co.uk/news/live/cp8d…

@FergusMason25 @MorphRv Not knowing about it means it's fine. It's when you know about it is an issue
English

@MorphRv @CaeruleanSea Oh, I've not had mine removed. I assume I have one, but I have no idea where it is or what it does.
English

@FergusMason25 @CaeruleanSea Is this a meeting of the Removed Gall Bladder Society?
English

@MorphRv @CaeruleanSea What's a gall bladder?
English

@CaeruleanSea Don't know how it'll be for you but the worst of the soreness for me was gone in 2-3 days after. Was given Codeine, ibuprofen and paracetamol to take home and only used ibuprofen & paracetamol :)
English

@CaeruleanSea Not really, no. I've had no issues since the removal and no real issues prior (except the random intense pain once)
English

@cheshiretoad Pfft, even if they can the tosspots in Govt are just taking away even more which completely negates the "pay rise" anyway.
English

Fat lot of use if your employer can’t afford it and makes you redundant.
UK Prime Minister@10DowningStreet
This government is putting more money in your pocket with a pay rise from April for millions of working people. That is our Plan for Change in action.

@Jester2109 @CaeruleanSea Most sane people don't want to be admitted to hospital at the best of times.
English

@MorphRv @CaeruleanSea I guess I was fortunate in that I walked in for a routine appt, and the nurse spotted straightaway that something was wrong. Right place at the right time.
I didn't want to be admitted though as my wife was very ill by that time. I fought hard not go in

Reduce it? Sure, but by how much? I've been referred private from the NHS to get my gallbladder removed. Surgery should be July time, 13 months after initial referral (which was messed up 3 TIMES!). Sure, at least half the time it would have taken but 🤷🏼♀️

@CaeruleanSea @Jester2109 In all instances of my interactions with the NHS, there have been some truly standout staff (most of them nurses). There have also been those that are terrible.
English

@Jester2109 @MorphRv Can't imagine being a nurse working in the NHS atm, it must be soul destroying. Dad's experience with afib was terrible but the nurses were fantastic!
