@SandraMickus @LeoDiCaprio You're right that there are many optimisations possible (think of healthier fat composition) but we first aim to create the exact same beef, using the most natural process. This offers those who enjoy beef an exact substitute and makes our first market introductions less complex.

@the565473988 @LeoDiCaprio We focus on beef burgers like the one below that we made, because that's where cultivation makes the most difference (measured in emissions and resource use per KG produced) but there are certainly companies that produce fish this way. 👋 at @BlueNaluInc & BLUU Seafood
