Last year I took my daughter to the ER because she was having breathing problems. We had to sit next to the registration desk before checking in. The first patient that came up to the desk was clearly a Mexican alien who did not have insurance. His costs were covered. The second person was experiencing overdose symptoms and did not have insurance. Her expenses were covered. The third person getting registered was also an illegal alien who did not have insurance. His costs were covered. I have full medical insurance for my daughter, & pay over $1600 per month for family coverage. I later got billed nearly $8,000 for that two hour visit. My out of pocket costs were roughly $1700 which I paid for using my HSA account. Seems I was the only one who paid a bill that night. Send them all back to their homeland!
