@thebrianriley going to be honest, every single search online tells me that your bike is probably the best for my kid. But your customer service is a pile of crap.
Even good companies with solid products can go bankrupt from bad customer service.

I have no idea how ANYONE uses @box.
@boxsupport is completely useless. 2 months, still not setup. Emails unanswered. Phone support is non-existent. Tickets can't be placed online.
And I'm paying for near the top tier.

How about the fact that you're selling bicycles with a small little notice that they're pre-order. Not that the entire bicycle is, just a specific color.
So somebody goes and changes the color and doesn't realize it they order a bike that's not coming for a month.
And when I ask you to change it out I get an email back from a computer program. That's a real great customer service technique you have going! Really makes customers feel valued.
