@MotelOneScot bags dropped off at Princes Street at 12 noon. Room not ready then, fair enough. It's now 7.30pm, room still not ready.... seriously. Worst customer service ever... no resolution available.. duty manager not available , reception can't help. Dinner reservations...

Staying @MotelOneScot @MotelOne Edinburgh. Really disappointed that our room evidently not cleaned properly. Dirty, used cup in bathroom and receipt from another guest on floor. During #COVID19 not a reassuring experience #FalseAdvertising
